I needed a new battery and Motec was directly across the street.
This was the first time using them.
The service was outstanding. I was in and out in thirty minutes.
The staff is very professional and friendly. They explained what they needed to do in sufficient detail.
One distinguishing item is their waiting room. I've never encountered such a comfortable waiting room at a car shop. They offer soda, water, and coffee which a lot of shops do but also have a comfortable couch and a pool table for customers who have a longer wait.
Overall a classy operation.
I highly recommend them.
