Car is Great; Dealership Service, Not So Much
I have been trying to schedule a service appointment for about a month now. When I finally got in, I was told that I would have to wait two hours. When I told them I had an appointment, I was told "everyone has an appointment". Not only that, but I had made a previous appointment based on an email received from the dealership indicating that my vehicle was due for service. When I went brought the vehicle in, I was told there was no need to service the vehicle (had not reached required mileage; purchased the car March 7, 2020). I was subsequently told to bring the car in after it's first year anniversary, which I did and which brings us to the present woeful situation. Extremely frustrated and will NOT consider Universal Hyundai going forward, nor will I recommend them.
