Convenient City car with great value for money
I bought this car after a LOT of online research. I needed a small car that was easy to parallel park in the city, but could fit my dog and stuff when heading out to go camping on the weekends. I also wanted some convenience/safety features like a good stereo with Apple Car Play/Android Auto; keyless (proximity) entry; push button start; etc. Certainly the looks of the car were a factor (I think it is super cute, and LOVE the denim trim), but what sold me on it was the value for money. most of the used cars I looked at that had the features I wanted (and not too high mileage) cost so much more than the Venue because many of those features were only found in premium cars a few years ago. I didn't need power all-leather seats or a moonroof, for example. This car represented the perfect balance of the features I wanted at a cost I could afford, sacrificing only things I didn't care about. The one thing I wish it had was adaptive speed control, but the other features: like blind spot warnings and cross traffic reverse warnings are SUPER useful. The other small downside is it is a bit loud on the highway, but it certainly isn't a dealbreaker!
