Service is horrible

Love the car. The way it drives so smooth. The gas mileage is amazing. It’s very comfortable. I can’t give it 5 stars due to there’s an issue with the air control. If you touch the radio the a/c comes on. The remote climate control does not work properly. These are minor but annoying issues. The service department is horrible. Which is why I give Hyundai a 4. It is very very difficult to gather a service member on a phone call. They are rude, disrespectful and refuse to listen to a customer. Between the sales dept and the service dept there is a lack and I mean a HUGE lack of communication. If you’re going to by a Hyundai - do NOT go to Vernon, CT.

Good but not great.

Nice car, good warranty, just not exceptional. Lacks storage space in center console. Connectivity issues. App issues.

Vehicle has problems with the horn…

Changed horn twice under warranty with the dealer… never use horn on the vehicle . Cheap horn on the vehicle.

The 2024 Hyundai Tucson is a really good choice for a medium-sized SUV. You get a lot for the money. It's comfortable, has great tech features, and can hold a ton of stuff in the back.

2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited

Drove a Subaru Forester for years but wanted a hybrid. The Tucson is smaller than the Forester; especially cargo area. The visibility is limited on the side windows. The Forester has great visibility. The seats are not that comfortable. Sony sound system is ok, but not great. It was hot outside today and took full fan speed to feel cool enough. There's an odd noise in the front end when driving on the freeway and the wind is blowing; it's like the air hitting the front causes a noise. The technology is great. It's been easy learning everything. It's a nice looking vehicle, but has too much piano black inside and outside.The one thing that I do not like is the constant moving of the steering wheel while freeway driving; it feels like it responds to every change of pavement. It's not a relaxing drive. The Forester is AWD and I did not experience the constant movement. I would not buy another vehicle from the dealership where I bought this one. I know I was manipulated and over paid. That's a bad reflection on Hyundai.

Comfortable Ride

This is one of the most comfortable Tucson vehicles I have owned, and I've had 3 now. Seating areas are spacious, seats are comfortable and plenty of leg room. The vehicle itself is dependable and handles very well in all driving conditions. Driver's area is designed for convenient access to all controls, media, etc. Couldn't be more pleased.

Missing features found in only the highest trim level

Wish it had Homelink (garage door opener), side cameras, and motorized passenger seat. Would have to bump up to the next trim level for that. Brake rotors need resurfacing at 20,000 miles, seems kind of early for that. Otherwise it's a great car.

Go back to full safety accessories! That's what we paid for!

The 2024 does not have a "chiming" lane avoidance system. There is a "hum" and slight movement in the steering wheel -- but for many senior citizens, they won't hear the hum nor feel the movement. Even dealer managers weren't aware of this change.
