Great Car for the Price

Great contemporary look and sleek styling.Good choice of exterior colors. So many safety features make this a great family car. Great leg room and storage space. The Tucson navigates the road well. Can't beat this car for the price.

Great vehicle and comfortable.

This vehicle is very comfortable and a smooth drive. Good gas mileage for the size of the vehicle for city travel. Nice interior and technology is easy to use for app setup. One change would be to upgrade the dash control on SEL to touch screen.

Good Overall Daily Driver

Comfortable, roomy, well-equipped, easy to drive, smooth ride, quick but not fast. Engine screams when punched. Interior noise level fair. Good, solid transportation with better-than-average styling.

Great car! Great fuel economy! Love it. No complaints. Can't say enough good things about this car. For the money I do not you will another base model car with as money standard features. Others you to upgrade to all the standard features this come with.

Great company, great car

I went to the dealership looking for a Palisade and they had just sold their last one. They had a Tuscan that had a different color...it wasn't black but wasn't blue either and the paint had like glitter mixed in...just a pretty color. Took it for a test drive and loved the features and the power it had. ...so we bought it and I absolutely love this car!

Great vehicle and features to help. Just need to improve on customer service and financing.

The app schedules maintenance accirding to mileage but the dealership suggests another 1-2000 miles more. The engine oil alert has been alarming, the color changed when I checked manually. During cold weathers, the air pressure reduced a lot.

Best Vehicle I have ever owned

I purchaed this vehicle a year ago and have never been happier with any other vehicle. It drives beautifully and looks amazing. I have driven it on 2 out if state road trips and have been extremely happy with the fuel mileage which averages from 30-34 miles per gallon on the highway.

Looks Great, Fuel Economy wasn't what was promised

Great looking car inside and out. Fuel economy being quite lower than expected based on the sticker is the only disappointment but it is a biggie for a hybrid. The 37 mph promised isn't the 25-30 mph that I actually am able to get.

Love it Overall

Drives like a dream but it could definitely be better on gas. I've driven bigger SUV's that had better gas mileage so that part sucks. However, you can't beat the warranty on Hyundai's. Paul at the Bedford location is fantastic!

The car has had the engine replaced with only 1,400 mile on it.

We had to buy this vehicle when our Santa Fe had major engine problems. But thew Tucson is under powered and with only 1,400 miles on it the engine siezed up and had to be replaced. We were happy with our experience with Santan Hyundai in Gilbert AZ. The the dealer in Billings MT where the engine was repalaced were not helpful as all and I will not buy from that dealership

2023 Tuscan Meh

Gas mileage was a lie. Plus other issues. The audio controls are backwards and are not convenient to use. The wireless charger is ridiculously slow and very inconveniently located. There is something inside the doors that will scratch off your tint. I don’t have any kids or anyone to drop anything in there to scratch it. It’s in the same spot on both sides. The dealership isn’t much help and is very inconvenience as well. They didn’t care about my safety and also let me drive my car off the lot after not completing my oil change correctly that lead to me being stranded on the road out of town. Had to wait for a tow truck for two hours in the cold because I didn’t feel safe waiting on the side of the road while all the 18 wheelers wizzed passed me on the side of the road. I will never buy another Hyundai.

Pressured to get into a vehicle I can't afford.

I was pressured to get into a brand new vehicle I couldn't afford after finding out I couldn't qualify for the vehicle I was going for. To add insult to injury they rolled over my balance from the previous vehicle to this new one and made so I had negative equity on this vehicle from the start and didn't even inform me. Now I'm upside down on this car and struggling financially! It'd be nice if your company could help me out of this situation.

I love my Hyundai and would buy another one it is very reliable and safe - it stopped when another car pulled out in front of me and avoided a crash - I love the lane assist it lets me know when I have crossed over the line in the road

beautiful car, fun to drive

beautiful styling inside and out, excellent driver assistance, kept me from having 3 fender benders in the past year. fun to drive, love the heated leather seats. the sport driving mode is super quick, the smart driving mode is great for fuel economy.

Decent low end vehicle

Several issues with the brand, but given that it's a low end vehicle, those are to be expected. Very unhappy with dealerships charging over MSRP. We were in a head on collision that totalled our previous vehicle, and were pretty much over a barrel- and the dealership took full advantage of it.
