Worst Vehicle I Ever Purchased in my entire life of buying cars Lemon.
I purchased a brand-new 2023 Hyundai Tucson in March of 2023, and I’ve been facing issues ever since. After a month, I visited the dealership, and I’ve been taking the car there ever since. In under a year, I’ve had to replace seven horn assemblies. When I filed a claim under the Hyundai Lemon Law, they attempted to deny it, knowing that the car was defective. They also replaced the brakes at 5,000 and 15,000 miles, replaced the front seat, and fixed the radiator wiring. Additionally, the service department discovered an AA battery inside the frame when the car was manufactured because it was spray-painted blue. Hyundai vehicles don’t hold their value, making it difficult to trade them in. I can’t wait for the day I’ll be officially out of this Tucson because if you act me, I hate it. Hyundai could have just bought the vehicle back or replaced it, but they were being so ignorant about it. But hey, it’s a nice sporty vehicle, I just got the defective one that Hyundai didn’t want to replace or buyback, knowing it’s a defective lemon. (Forgot to mention the crackling noise I've been experience on the driver and passenger side & sour smell from the A/C when the car had 1,000 miles and counting).
HYUNDAI IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL IF THEY DID I WOULD BE IN A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE.
