Good value for the money

Reliable comfortable car. Enjoying the car. I parked the car in my home garage to be away from home for few months. I will be back home in next few weeks to see the condition of battery and other operating systems. Hope everything will be fine .

Great small SUV

Comfortable ride for a small car can carry a small load holds more than you would think it would. Haven't had any problems, gets good gas mileage, and it's all wheel drive.What more does a person need

Wife really loves her Tuscan other than the starting problem that can't seem to get repaired. It is paid off and we just need another or find problem.

My Wife is a Home Health Nurse who travels dailey in a range of 30 to 50 miles away and sometime to secluded or unsafe areas.A reliable vehicle is a must . We're both in our late sixties and can't afford to be stranded .Sometime in areas with no phone service.

Love my Tucson

I love my Tucson, it is easy and fun to drive, but above all the reasons I feel safe in my car. As a senior citizen it was very important to me to feel safe when on the road, and I most definitely do when in my Tucson.

Excellent car! Roomy, lots of safety features, good gas mileage

Overall, an excellent car! Lots of room, including leg room in front and back. Lots of modern safety features. Good gas mileage (35.5 mpg). Very reliable car! I have been involved in 2 accidents (not the car's fault) & felt very safe inside the vehicle.

Great vehicle but the ride is not as smooth as the Honda CRV we have.. doesn’t handle the bumps smoothly and the rear hatch beeper is loud. The CarPlay system stopped working after a year and a half of use. Every time I plug in my iPhone now it says download unsuccessful so I can’t use the voice control to make phone calls.

Nicest vehicle i have ever owned!

I am 65. Was due to get a new vehicle. I decided to get the Limited edition. Every day, it is a joy to drive her. I love all the extra features such as safety features like sensors, camera views, customization, etc.

Love everything about the car, especially the safety features and gas mileage. It was easy to understand the controls. The sales staff were very helpful in pairing our phones to the vehicle as well as activating our garage door opener.

Reliable Car

Although there some minor issues like airconditioned and defogger. It’s still a good and reliable car. It has good safety features. I suggest, they also put 360 camera as additional safety feature of the car. If you are tech type person, this car is for you.

Nice Car

Positive: drives well. Negative: Key fob/ handle often don't work to lock or unlock car No place for sun glasses Insufficient storage-only 1 big console area so everything gets lost! Side pockets do not hold an umbrella When looking for a car, I was told the only choice for interior was black or black with grey- NOT true!

Everything is Great except Spare Tire

Car is super. Love it. Only major issue I have with it is that it doesnt come with a spare tire or a jack.Not only that, they dont even tell you that it isnt there. Had to look and see for myself. they'll have stickers about Airbags on the frint but no notifications saying "Oh BTW, if you get a flat, you're f...d. Also, there's only room in the spare tire area for small spare. I dont like those donught tires. I prefer to have a replacement tire instead. Make sure you include in your purchae agrrement a spare tire and a jack that works.

Good-looking, drives good, comfortable just has a few issues. They are listed in the survey.

The Tucson is a really good looking car, it drives and handles very well as you would expect. It has decent power and performance on the road, it's well laid out and comfortable inside with well thought out features and accessories. However a brand new vehicle that costs upwards of 40 to 45,000 dollars should not have the problems it has had in my opinion. This is our 3rd new Hyundai and the only one I have had problems with, the first 2 were excellent in every way. I would not recommend a new Tucson to anyone at this point and am looking at other brands altogether, which is sad because there are family and friends who buy based on mine and my husband's recommendations. New vehicle prices continue to climb and manufacturers show record breaking profits year after year, while the dependability and reliability continue to decline with most manufacturers using cheaper components and inferior parts to increase speed of manufacturing and increase there profits. I understand the business of making money for your shareholders and making a living for your employees. But it should not be there primary concern. Especially at the expense of the consumer, and the reputation of the brand. Brand quality and reliability used to mean more to manufacturers who wanted to stay in business and continue to make money over the long haul and build a good vehicle at the same time. Rather than make a quick buck with inferior products. This business practice has only led to a bad name and business closings all over the world. That's why the phrase disposable Chinese junk, and buy once cry once are used even in this day and age. We are all ultimately consumers and should be expected to pay more for better quality and reliability, and pay less for unreliable, poor quality products and services. But we should also be seen as the bosses, since these companies all really work for us as we are the ones paying them, just as any boss pays his employees for the work they perform. Unfortunately they don't understand this concept any longer just as the government does not. Once an entity grows enough they forget who actually keeps them in business and provides for them ultimately . I do not, along with most of the people I have spoken with do not feel this is a reliable and sustainable business practice that can continue to proceed. Manufacturers need to make better products, and fix problems that arise after the sale not forget them as soon as they pull off the lot and look to the next buyer on the lot with dollar signs in there eyes. If they can not build better vehicles then lower the prices back where they were at so people can afford there cheaply built disposable cars and trucks . The poor business practices of these companies must change or they will all eventually manufacture and price themselves out of business entirely.

Best comfortable car!

I am very happy with my choice of Tuscan hybrid. It's very nice comfortable car and big enough room and trunks too. Looks like similar auto driving experience with Tesla vehicles . All sensors and warnings perfect for safety. It's really best car and I highly recommend. Thanks!
