nice car but very small gas tank

VERY HANDICCAPED CAR WHEN COMES TO GAS TANK FILL !!! TAKES ONLY 13 GALLONS with 350 miles max drive!!!! SHOULD BE CLOSE TO 500 miles !!! similar SUVs are getting close to 560 miles driving!!!! HYUNDAI SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THIS GAS TANK ISSUE!!!!

Great styling & comfort

A very cool-looking and comfortable car with lots of bells & whistles. Maybe a little underpowered, but otherwise a really solid car - clearly build with quality and outstanding use of technology. Very large screens make it easy to use tech features. Probably the best back-up camera I've ever seen

Great value for money

Great value for money, a classic engine and transmission option available (not turbo or CVT). My only improvement would be to utilize better door seals to prevent outside air creating awful noise and a larger fuel tank to increase range. However, overall it was a great purchase and it does what it needs to do with style. It was available at the time with a great variety of colors.

Looks great, some faults. Hope it lasts well

Purchased this vehicle because it had lots of features and price was lower vs. other cars. However, it does not feel like a prestige car to show off [brand name is not so high], and pick up acceleration is very poor regardless of the drive mode selected (even sport). Hope that it ages well as i am new to this brand.

Paint chips too easily

Not happy with paint chipping. Took away from the excitement of purchasing the vehicle. Rock chips on hood, and major chip on passenger side door. First chip within 1st week of purchase, and under 3 months, already has 3 chips in the paint. Dealer told me to take it up with Hyundai directly.

Love the style, color and way it drives, high beam feature, wireless, ease of apple car play, lane assist, tells me when front vehicle has gone, love auto hold, love the feature if I am too close to vehicle turning

I have always wanted the Tucson. Its roomy and perfect for the many things I need for the multiple things I'm involved with. Its comfortable, has the features that I need and rides well. It will be my next vehicle at the end of my current lease

Nice ride

This is a secure, comfortable and a economical ride. You'll feel safe behind the wheel. It was a breeze sitting in a car from Nashville to NYC. And where can you get 39mpg at 70mph. I definitely would recommend this car.

I love my vehicle

I purchased my vehicle to save on gas. I am completely satisfied with my vehicle other than the headlights at night. I would like for them to shine a little further out. I do not see as well at night and I think if they were to shine a little further out, it may would help me.

great car bad paint job

vehicle is great but has a very noisy ride wish it were more quiet and was a little tighter off the ground. looks great but clear coat was popping off in circles dont know if steel was dirty when painted but started to get all over car. started out like a black dot then clear coat would pop off in a circle and expose the paint to the elements to rust.

Aside from one glitch with the rear wiper, I am very happy with my new 2023 Hyundai Tucson. I enjoy driving it. The safety features are very important to me. It is very comfortable to ride in. I would definitely recommend this vehicle.

Good vehicle with bad value hold

Parts take awhile to come in and have seen numerous recalls. While checking the value of the vehicle. It has a very poor valuation holding compared to other cars or brands I have seen. Overall it’s a good car but a long term investment, not one you can trade in after a few years for an upgrade due to valuations.

Tucson looks nice gas milage and AC not great

The Tucson is attractive and spacious but the gas mileage and AC sucks. I took it in to have AC and gas milage checked. I asked what AC standard coolness should be and I couldn't get an answer. They brought in another new Tucson and compared the AC to mine and it was the same. So apparently the AC on all the new Tusons is below industry standard. I was really disappointed that they could not make any adjustments to approve the AC or gas mileage.

some has been good and there is some that is terrible

This is my 2nd Hyundai i have had got a new 2023 Hyundai tucson i have now it is comfy and good gas mpg good traveling plenty of room. But there are somethings that need to be addresed that need to be fixed in a resanable time not have to wait weeks. And for me i am over 50 miles from dealership

Dangerous breaking when driving over 46mph. I experienced this problem with my first 2011 Tucson. At that time the problem slowly developed. With my 2023 Tucson, the problem came with the vehicle. I still have the problem because I haven't been able to take it in as yet because of my busy schedule. I hope to do that in the coming weeks. The vehicle also skips sometimes when accelerating.

Like the Tuscan--fun to drive safety features great and important

I really like the Tuscan but I am frustrated by the computer technology because there is not a person I can contact or go to in person and ask for help in sorting out what I do not understand--you need to realize this is an important part of selling your cars to senior citizens--most of us have limited understanding of computers and bluelink/bluetooth but we are willing to learn if given time andparience. I live in a Senior Citizen Community and a friend just made an appointment with her Honda dealer to have lessons in how to use her technology in her new Honda--I would love to have had an offer like that--feel comfortable in asking for help and not as if I am taking up valuable time that the sales person needs for other customers. The lessons were all part of her purchase deal.
