It took a while to learn all the electronics

We enjoy the 23 Tucson a lot. It's a great auto both around town and on the highway. We get excellent fuel economy. There are a couple of things I might like to change. Like the other Tucsons we've had, under certain circumstances the transmission shifting either goes way down in the gears or doesn't shift down at all, especially in slow speed turns around corners. The pushbutton range selector is my least favorite feature. Trying to shift into drive from neutral coming off the chain at the car wash can be a scary experience when it wants my foot on the brake to select drive while there's a 4 ton Suburban closing from behind. In general we've learned the secrets of using the touch screen for controls, however, that too can be distracting when driving. We do appreciate the warning sensors all around, and I'd be lost without that 360 degree camera.Really like the cooled seats here in Texas.

I love my car.

The car is overall really great and reliable. However, the touch screen has shut off a couple of times, and the power is underwhelming when merging on the highway.

Disappointed & Scared

I really love my Tucson. Was on an accident on 9/30/25 which has left me afraid and unsure as I feel the car took over and only stopped because I hit a tree.

Awesome vehicle

I traded my 2017 Tucson when I saw the styling of the new Tucson. I absolutely loved the lines and the front end. 0% financing cinched the deal. Then the accident happened and my Tucson saved our lives!!

I initially owned a Hyundai Kona and loved it, but I needed more trunk space, so I bought the 23 Tucson. It is beautiful, drives great, has great pick up and many safety features. I love the visibility while driving. I received a very special deal of 0% financing and 3 years free maintenance. The service has been excellent. The only problem I encountered was the seat began to tear. It was replaced at no cost. I receive many compliments on the looks of the Tuscon. I am a proud owner.

Really great - some improvements needed

I have really enjoyed the last 2+ years driving this car. It's sturdy and reliable. My only complaint is that any issues I've had have been unable to be recreated by technicians. When I drive over bumps and railroad tracks, the touchscreen display goes black. Sometimes, while driving, the display turns off completely without rebooting until the car is turned off and back on. On the dashboard, the bar that tracks your mileage efficiency is really difficult to understand - I have no idea how to interpret and optimize my driving. Overall though, it's been great and has kept myself and my family safe for two cross country moves.

Not great

Was delivered to me without being detailed. There were several things that didn’t work on the car and I had to keep taking it back to try to get it fixed.

Myself. I think it’s one of Best SUVs for the money never had a problem on it and when I return it in a few months, I’m not sure if I’m gonna buy it out or lease one more if I do lease another Tucson, the person who gets this one is gonna have a gem it only has about 12,000 miles on it. It’s a 2023 Tucson.
