They don't care

They don't care about customers or the loyalty of long time customers I have had issues with my vehicle and still having issues. I believe I was sold a lemon no one seems to care VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER I will never purchase another vehicle through Hyundai again

Good car

Everyone has their opinion and I don’t care what they say. I like ours but you might not. Only reason I am writing this is because it’s required and that’s a pain in my neck. I have 19 more characters……. Done

Good basic transportion

Most of my problems concern dealer service. Difficult to get appointment in a short time. Service is good when I get it. Also, a repair should not take a week to done. It wasn't a major repair like replacing an engine.

Horrible company

Within the 1st couple of months of owning this car, it caused an accident. I was using the driver assist option that decided to suddenly take a left turn into a high curb. This caused a couple thousand dollars of damage. I contacted Hyundai directly. They sent out someone to investigate. This person kept my vehicle for hours. When it was returned, he says he hooked to the computer and it didn't show any errors. So since the computer said it didn't make a mistake, I had to pay the bill. I'm just glad I was only doing 30mph and not 70mph. This company does not stand behind it's own product. Also, literally every other month, the engine light comes on for 2 days. Like clockwork. When I bring it in to get serviced, they say nothing is ever wrong with it. I'm fed. up.

Tuscon is a great vehicle!

Great value, tons of features, good mpg, good looking vehicle. Spacious interior, good performance, versatile storage, good sound system, a/c efficient, love the diffuse setting, overall a great value for the money.

Style, comfort, good value. Warranty is really the most important feature an Hyundai has the best

I worked for Ford for 10 years and GM for 18 before I retired. This is much better than either if you’re looking for SUV of this size. Always returned to dealer multiple times for repairs on all vehicles I had from both companies while under their short warranties. I’m 75 years old won’t purchase from either company in the future. I believe I’ve found a company I can trust. My first Hyundai was a used 2012 Genesis at 55000 miles. Sold it at 99500 miles. No problems whatsoever. Just regular oil changes and tire replacements. Gave me the confidence to by this 2022 Tucson. I’m very pleased with this purchase to date.

Reliable, economical gem.

Have never had a problem that required a visit to the dealer since the purchase in January, 2022. Impressed with the annual map and infortainment updates provided free. And the features via smart phone are spectacular--so says my 22-year-old daughter as a passenger.

Drives and handing is great

This is a great car worth the money handles like a sports car . I did research and this was the best price car that had all the extras a lot less money then competitors. Alot of bells and whistles for the money

2022 Tucson Review

Purchased July 2022, Completed an initial inspection prior to leaving Dealership, NO DEFECTS NOTED. I currently have 15,381 trouble free miles . The Tucson (Built in Alabama) is a quality vehicle, I've looked for defects for two years and found none. In my profession I was an aircraft quality control inspector, so I know how to look. Thank you for building this Tucson SEL that I could afford with all the remarkable options.

Great features, nerfed by too much "nannying". Reliability not great.

There is a lot to like about the Tucson. It is attractive and feature rich. The base engine is weak, but ride and handling are excellent. However, some of it's best features are nerfed by what I can only describe as "nannying". The remote auto-start, which is great to get the AC started on a hot day, will only work for 30 seconds before the car shuts off, which is not enough time to cool things down. Plus, you have to lock the car (even if it's already locked) to get it to work. Too much button pushing! The car always seems to be locking itself and/or making loud, ear-splitting beeping noises at you if you don't do exactly what "nanny" wants. It's obnoxious, and per my dealer, by design! Also have had too many reliability issues - catalytic converter, tailgate struts broken (probably because the door was auto shutting on me and beeping as I unloaded it and I had to strong arm it to stop). Fortunately, it has a long warranty. Overall, a lot of potential here, but between the reliability and nannying, I would not buy this car again.

Very reliable and great styling with just a couple minor issues

I love my car and love the design and features! It is pretty comfortable and a decnet amount of leg room and even headroom as I am 6' 4". We have only had a couple minor issues with the hands free tailgate not working well and infotainment system inconsitent connections. The only real other issue we have had is with the windshield wipers not being able to be stood off the windshield which makes it extremely hard to change wiper blades and can not keep them up off the windshield in the winter to keep them from freezing to the windshied.

Have had no problems with this Tucson. It does not use oil. I am happy with the mileage on long trips - usually in the 31 to 34 mpg, depending on the wind direction. It has adequate cargo space. I like the sporty look - it is eye catching. I am comfortable driving it with plenty of leg room and head room for me and a passenger in the front seat.
