Excellent Vehicle!

Excellent vehicle and buying experience. Have owned the vehicle for over 1 year and absolutely no complaints. We could not be happier with our vehicle and dealer. We Love, Love, Love our Tucson! It has put the fun back into driving for me!

2022 Tuscan

I would recommend this vehicle. It has a comfortable ride, very easy to keep clean and plenty of room in the back and seating areas. I love the features of the dashboard media screen. The only drawback I've found is the in town mpg is not great. It's not horrible but could be better. Highway mpg is pretty good though. Overall I don't regret my purchase at all and enjoy the car very much.

Not a good choice

Not a good choice to buy. Not worth the money because of poor service by the dealer. My problem started the day i drove the car out of the dealer office and till date they cannot figure out the issue or problem

The style and handling of the 2022 tuscon is very nice .

This is a very nice and stylish vehicle ,I don't like the fact that they're making the gas tanks smaller and it would've been nice if the outside mirrors were powerfold and defrosting, but overall it's a nice vehicle.

Good Vehicle

This vehicle is great and I enjoy its features. The car runs smoothly and I love the audio quality. The only issue so far is the peeling trimming on both rear doors. It started on driver side first and now on the passenger side. Other then that car is perfect.

Excellent car

Love this car specially is so firm and silent driving and amazing and modern looking. And the audio need more power but everything else is amazing and really happy with my purchase I recommend this car with eye closes

My new 2022 Tucson is excellent. The service department is terrible ! They were booking out 5 months for my complimentary first oil change. The service writer stated that, if I went over 8k miles, that would void out my complimentary oil change and I would be charged for the oil change. I told her this was not acceptable and I was told to either not drive my car for 5 months so I would not go over the 8k miles or go somewhere else for the oil change. I called another dealer out of state, explained my situation and they got me in with in two days. Terrible customer service after you purchase a new car. Service department need training and better scheduling.

Service dept is terrible and not helpful

There was a five month wait for my courtesy oil change. The service dept stated that if I went over 8k miles the courtesy oil change would be voided and I would be responsible for the oil change of $149.00.This is totally unacceptible!!

The Hyundai Tucson should be considered by anyone looking to buy a mid-sized SUV. Tucson is a better vehicle in every respect compared to the competition. In a very difficult and limited car buying marketplace it stands above the other options.

Love the vehicle, smooth drive, responsive

I really enjoyed the car for the year. I’ve owned it. The ride is good appearances fantastic. The only comment I have is the difficulty in cleaning the windshield. I have to use a scrub brush to get bugs. Better off the windshield even if it’s done right away.. Otherwise, it’s a great car.

Car looks and feels great! So many great features and a modern, yet user friendly design. Vehicle performance wears off at around 20k miles, transmission seems to have a harder time accelerating. Fuel economy great!

Love My Tuscon

My Tuscon is such an improvement for me. I replaced my 5th Toyota Camry SE with a Tuscon. I was quite impressed by the appearance, safety and convenience features. Due to my age and disabilities, I knew it was time to go from a sedan to an SUV and haven't regretted my decision. I was impressed by standard features that are upgrades on Toyota vehicles. My next vehicle will more than likely be a newer Tuscon.

Beyond Expectations!

Our last Hyundai was a 2001 Elantra. A good (cheap) choice. It had a cassette player AC, and Cruise Control. it gave us 100,000 miles. This Tucson is generations beyond, smarter and more intuitive than I could have even imagined 22 years ago. It even tells me to keep both hands on the wheel. Still a bargain.

Love My Tucson!

I love everything about my Tucson, other than the fact that it came with a 17" spare while the tires on the vehicle are 19". The diamond cut shapes on the exterior give it a very different look from other vehicles. The interior is very well thought out. Lots of cupholders/bottle holders, glove box and a center console. The seats are very comfortable. I am very short and the seating and steering wheel, both adjust to accommodate my height. I love all of the safety features. I had not purchased a new vehicle since 2002, so there were a lot of changes/upgrades made to vehicles in 20 years. This vehicle has many safety features. The ride is nice. I have read reviews saying the acceleration is slow when entering a highway or trying to speed up quickly. I have not found that to be true at all. This Tucson has a lot of quick acceleration. I just love the whole car. I was ready to downsize from a full sized conversion van. My Tucson is the perfect size for my current stage of life. It is quite surprising how much luggage you can fit with the rear seats still up!

Nice vehicle

Overall great vehicle to replace aging Honda CR-V. Roomy interior, good mileage, and android auto integration. Good drive in snowy conditions for my ski trips and comfy overall commuter. Love the small SUV format.

My radio just stopped working need it fixed

I love the space and how it drives. So far it has been great except for the radio issue. happened already once we were able to restart the radio and it worked for a few months. No just yesterday it stopped working again

Easy experience

I first thought I wanted a Kona but it was too small, so I tried a Tucson and I'm so glad I did. It was a lively upgrade to my previous 3 Elantras. I wish I could have had more options s but I purchased when cars were harder to find. I took what was available but it's a great car. I'm sure I'll be back for another in 9-10 years.

It has met expectations.

Daily driver

Love the way my Tucson drives and is economical I use this as my daily vehicle and on trips . Has lots of space and leg room feels like Im in a bigger suv instead of mid size. Hope to keep this vehicle for a long time.

Car is fine but Hyundai response to warrantied problems is poor

Hyundai installed a bad group of amplifiers for a few months in 2022 and know they did so but did not issue a recall and makes the owner return to the dealership several times before they will repair/replace the defective amplifier.
