Great car

This is the 4th Hyundai we have owned. They’re well built and have many options that were not available on other manufacturers. We bought a 2009 Hyundai Azera that we sold to our soon years ago and it ha well over 100,000 miles on it and is going strong.

Not horrible, not great

Had to trade in previous Tuscon due to DCT transmission issues in less than three years of purchase (New). Fuel economy is not great at all. Acceleration is down right trash. Must be driven in Sport mode just to get out of its own way. Merging onto a highway...? Forget it. You had better have it in Sport Mode, and stomp the gas pedal.

Great SUV Love it

We love our SUV. It is nimble, fun to drive, and has so many features not found on comfortably priced cars. We currently own two Hyundai’s, and they have been very good to us. We would recommend to our friends getting them as well. Great value and greet Reliabilty so far.

Great vehicle, comfortable for travel. Well designed. Typically, 4 people fit comfortable, with plenty of leg room (even in the back seat). The remote lift hatchback is a must have. Very modern design.

dealership experice poor already had a check engine light come on a had to get fixed with 2500mi on tucson. oil change warranty on free oil changes is difficult to track. Only cover every other one up to how many miles? Now this survey sucks I keep adding comments and still can't submit. I have now taking 25min to submit . What do you do screen and if you do not like comments you can not submitt.

Dealership experice poor when buying tucson. Already had check engine light come on and took in with 2500mi on tucson for warranty repair. Free Oil changes only applies to every other oil change can not remember how many. that makes tracking more difficult.

Gets me to where I’m going

Good overall value but doesn’t handle as tightly on curves as expected. Gas mileage needs improvement and hesitates during acceleration especially up hills. Stying is nice and interior meets my expectations.

Great car

We love this little car. This cat has a great ride, gets great gas mileage, and is fun to drive. A great car for the price. We have been very happy with the value and with the look of the car. We hope it lasts for a long time.

Interior material not pet friendly. Hair gets stuck. All wheel drive terrible. Almost killed myself on just a few inches of snow. My front wheel drive was better . I wish I bought a different vehicle but really needed one at the time and didn't have many options in my price range.

My new 2021 Tucson.

I love the car. The styling and overall look of the vehicle. I still have my 2005 Tucson. The only thing I would have done differently with my 2021 Tucson is went with the SEL trim instead of the Value trim. The SEL has a little more horsepower

Excellent experience because of Huntington Hyundai

Would recommend Huntington Hyundai and the Tucson. Pleased with car overall and cannot express my displeasure with 110 Hyundai enough. That dealership out and out LIED to us and I want Hyundai to be aware. Which is total opposite of our experience at Huntington.

No issues, enjoying my Tuscon. Perfect choice at this time.

No Issues. Fun SUV, great size for me. Easy to drive. Love the heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel a bonus! Radio is great, enjoying the Sirius option. Perfect for my needs at this time. Named him Tuck.

I think I have addressed everything in the survey. The lights are horrible! The lift gate is hard to close. The on dash choices are hard to change the wipers are cheap and are very streaking as is the back wiper

It's ok

If the vehicle quality is improved this will be a good vehicle to own. Road noise and oil leak really annoyed me. Not able to take this vehicle in high way as I m not able to merge with the ongoing traffic (poor acceleration). I almost had close call one time.

I like the styling and features of our 2021 Tucson but the driveabilty and performance is not nearly as good as our old 2018 Tucson.I have to admit I avoid driving our Tucson and prefer to drive our 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT instead. We've had the 2021 Tucson for about a year now and it only has 5K miles - it is just very aggravating and not much fun to drive.
