Our car is very comfortable to ride in and easy to drive. The size of our car is perfect for carrying whatever products we buy.perfect for parking in tight places. The car is good on gas useage mileage

Economy and comfort

We feel that for the money it exceeds our expectations. Our only complaints are the jerky acceleration and the fact that we cant open the back from the drivers seat. We dont think an auto button on the back gate was available but that would make a difference.

Transmission real sluggish don't like that. But over all good car. It rides a little rough.Seems like it sucks up the gas. Love the color and the trimming around the car, would love a different color seats

My baby tucson

Love the ride. I like riding higher than the normal. Easier to get in and out of. Has great mileage. It's reliable and provides me with a safe environment. Just the right fit for me. Smooth ride, I feel stylish.

Love the Tucson and all the safety features. The blind spot light and noise is the greatest help when you are not clear to see as much as you think you can. I am sure that it has saves many accidents. Rides like a dream even in the back seat.

Love my SUV. Haven't had any issues with anything. When I am ready to trade, I plan on getting a new Hyundai Tucson!! And more importantly, I want to take my vehicle to a place I know and trust. I know when they tell me I need to change a filter or anything else, I trust their judgment. The folks in the service department (as well as the customer service department) are very strong in customer service and I really appreciate it!!

Not a great car anymore

This car runs very poorly compared to my old Sante Fe. The transmission recall has not fixed the problem of lag and hesitation on excelleration. Passenger side rear door will not open even unlocked. Internal air vents on A/C freeze the drivers hand.

This is my second Tucson. I am very pleased with the crossover. It gets good gas mileage on the highway. Handles well. Very stylish. Features on dash are very up to date, easy to access and to use.

Many problems

I've had transmission problems. A recall fixed the primary problem but it's back to a smaller degree. Ride is rough. But, I got 45 mpg on a 2 day, 1300 mile trip. I would not buy another Tuscon. The double clutch is a bad mistake.

Our First Hyundai

We own the 2016 Tucson SUV which has given us very good service. The Limited model came with many extras which we always enjoy having in a car, such as the GPS and many safety features. We enjoy the front heated and cooled seats and our passengers have also enjoyed the rear heated seats when we were in a cooler climate with the car. It was one of the few cars we found in our price range with a power front passenger seat that went up and down as well as back and forth. I am not a tall person and raising the seat prevents me from cooking in the sun.

I love my Tucson

This drives and feel great. I’m doing to pass this vehicle to my Son when he finishes college. I plan on buying myself another Hyundai vehicle . it’s economic it’s dependable and it’s Stylish looking.

The perfect car if not for the AWFUL dual transmission!

We loved this car. It was perfectly designed and made. Everything about it was well thought out. You know the designers paid attention to the details and everything was very easy and intuitive to use. It was the perfect car. It had everything we wanted in a car for a great value. So why only 2 stars rating?! THE AWFUL, HORRIBLE, DANGEROUS DUAL TRANSMISSION!!! It was a great idea but poorly executed! The dual transmission does NOT shift properly. Frequently when shifting gears, the car acts like it is going to stall (like on a manual transmission when you are not shifting the clutch correctly). Often when you stop at a intersection, the car does not response for a few seconds when you step on the gas (pushing the pedel all the way down!) trying to make a turn. The car either glides like it is on neutral into the oncoming traffic or doesn't move at all and you miss your opportunity to turn. It is so scary when that happens! I brought it to Hyundai service and I was informed that it was a problem with the dual transmission, Twice there was a "fix" made but there has been no improvement. And at this point, they are not even trying to fix it anymore. I am just told it is a problem with the dual transmission I have to live with! Now my solution is to leave extra early so that I will only make turns or merge onto traffic when it is totally clear. We want to change the car but can't afford to at this point :( My advice to everyone is to stay away from the dual transmission!!!

I love my top of the line Tucson. I love all the tech and safety features on my Hyundai that is why I bought it. It drives well except I do Not like how it hesitates when taking off from a stop. I have asked about this and they say it is because of its dual clutch system. I think you need to switch to a different engine so that the SUV doesn't operate like this. As much as I like this vehicle I would not purchase another one if it had the same engine and still had the hesitation like this one does.

Tucson Sport 1.6

I bought the sport model 2016 Tucson and really love the safety features, it is comfortable, stylish but............the double clutch system isn't for me. I wish I could buy a 2019 as they eliminated it ..........so I guess it isn't for a lot of people.

2016 Hyundai Tucson Sport is a fantastic vehicle!

We couldn't be happier with our Tucson... we are grandparents with children and grandkids to visit from MN to TX, and many other locations as well... and our Tucson has always helped us arrive in great comfort and safety! We plan to stick with Hyundai!!

I purchase this vehicle in the Enfield location. I absolutely love my vehicle. I definitely recommend purchasing. It’s very affordable in comparison to most AWD vehicles. The style , comfort and features are absolutely amazing. I’m satisfied of my purchase a few years ago, I just don’t like since purchase the vehicle has a lot of recalls.

Best SUV I've owned.

Reliable, great quality, quiet and comfortable, good performance, great MPG. Would buy another after lease on my 2016 ends. Car is as tight as new. Quieter on the highway tham most cars I've owned and other SUV's I have test driven. The long warranty is a real plus, but this Tucson has been trouble-free. Never thought I would lease a Hyundai, but his is an excellent car in every resspect. The 1.6 Litre Turbo is a great engine.

Love my Hyundai

Bought my 2016 Tucson as soon as they came out. I had been researching it online when they were first announced & knew it was the car I wanted for my wife. I never envisioned myself owning a Hyundai because of their past reputation. I have been very pleased with the value for the money I have received. Our Tucson has a great ride, a peppy engine (1.6T) with great power & good mileage. I think it has a sporty, aggressive look that I love the best out of all the small SUVs. It has more than enough front seat legroom for me & my 6'1" frame. The backseat has very good legroom; I have no problem sitting back there with a tall person in the front seat and all the seats are very comfortable. The available features are a great compliment over all.
