Perfect, 12 years dealing with the dealership and on my 5th car!

I started with purchasing the newly styled Azera, my first requirement in buying a car is styling. I then leased a 2016 Hyundai Genesis, most expensive car I have ever purchased, but made possible by extra discounts from my salesman and a hefty Downpayment from the buyback from my Azera.then to a 2020 Tucson. I then purchased a2023 Tucson Hybrid and 5 months later was totaled in an accident! But that car saved my life! I then reordered another Hybrid, which my salesman got for me in record time when most cars were not available just had to change colors! I will probably be a lifetime Hyundai buyer. Mostly because of Larry Chase,my salesman, and of course my love of the Hyundai products!

My experience

I came to the car dealership thinking I would maybe leave and come back but ended up staying and buying. I was kind of hoping for a different color but I really wanted a hybrid vehicle so I am happy with this period. It was the beautiful car and it runs very nicely. My car dealer tim was very helpful and told it to me like it was.

Good car but poor gas consumption

I bought this Tucson because it was a hybrid but I am not happy with its mpg. I am happy with its many features such as a large display, comfort, and remote start/heat, but its gas consumption is below advertised.

Excellent safety features - Quiet ride

This Tucson Hybrid Limited has excellent safety features; a superior quiet ride; ample room; and great styling. The only downside is less than expected highway mileage. It handles well and is a comfortable, smooth riding vehicle.

This my 3rd Hyundai. I have kept the previous ones for at least 10 years. Hope to keep this one long as well. The warranty and the options are all worth the wait and research of other comp. Vehicles.

Second Time Around

I love the look, feel, comfort and performance of my Tucson. I believe Hyundai is a solid, trusted brand with a great warranty and service package, would recommend to anyone. Just be aware of the loud reverse beeping and lack of Apple automatic phone pairing; USB cable required.

Dublin Hyundai provided a great purchasing experience, from the front desk to our sales rep Adnan. They were responsive and willing to respect our budget while helping is get as many of our must-have features as possible on our new Tucson Hybrid.

We just returned from our first road trip with our new Tucson Hybrid, and we can report the car exceeded expectations in terms of comfort, interior quietness, and storage (lots of luggage and absolutely no issue storing everything). Wish the fuel economy was a bit better, but overall a very nice ride!

New Tuscon

Still getting to know it. The car drives well. The interface with the tech is challenging and does not work well with Apple products. I did not expect this and an a bit frustrated. The touch screen gets so dusty and shows fingerprints. I have to wipe it off daily, as if is annoying to see.

Splendid performance, excellent storage

I was looking for a small SUV with adequate storage space for a wheelchair for a disabled family member, that still allowed use of the back seat. Researched online, and the Hyundai Tucson came in either #1 or #2 just about everywhere. Though stock was limited, I was lucky to end up with more car than I'd expected, for a good price. I'm very pleased with this choice; the Tucson has earned its high ratings!

Great ride, great value!

I love my purchase - everything about it! The styling, the color, the options available in my price range, etc. I did not set out to purchase a hybrid but I was surprised that I could get all the features I was looking for in a hybrid and it was still in my price range, so I have the additional perk of savings on fuel costs.

Mid size SUV Hybrid

I am very impressed with my new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Fun to drive. Handles well and is comfortable. You get a lot of car for the money you spend. Technology is great, still learning. The only two areas I see for improvement is headlights and work on improving mpg.

Best experience in purchasing, service and quality of car!

We have had very high end cars in the past but needed to sell our cars and find one that was economical and stylish because we were robbed of a lot of money. We have been MORE than satisfied with this purchase. Our former cars were not any better than this one. Fully satisfied in styling/design both inside and out. Color is beautiful ... dark blue/black and white interior. Driving it is a dream and I drive a lot!. Sound us critical to me And this sound system us wonderful. Road noise znd smoothness...tops, as well. Dealership was great to work with, too.

Excellent vehicle around town and on the highway

Great vehicle to run errands around town and to take on the road for long trips. The hybrid is care-free in that it switches between electric motor to gasoline engine without any driver distraction. The vehicle handles well in town with many features to help with visibility and to avoid blind spots. On the highway, it is extremely easy to drive with adaptive cruise control to make long drives easier.

Brand new car and Air Conditioner doesn't work.

Nice car, bought brand new. Found out after a month Air conditioner doesn't work. I have to wait 3 weeks to have it checked at dealer. Having 2nd thoughts about my purchase. Owners manual has way too much information about car that is not pertinent to our specific model.

Balanced and considerate design

This vehicle is intuitive, convenient, peppy and great gas mileage. My only complaint is the absurdly loud beep when it's in reverse. Had I heard it from outside before I purchased it I may have sought a different vehicle! I'm glad I didn't but the reverse beep NEEDS TO GO.

I love driving Hyundai for me and my family!

Forward collision warning and adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability are now standard on every trim level, while all but the base trim now comes standard with a hands-free liftgate and wireless device charging. It's just like a space-ship! I like the design of the weels too. The wheel arches are angular rather than actual arches, there are diamond shapes embossed in the rear bumper. Overall, Excellent service! I had a great purchase experience! Jason been honest and fantastic ))))

Not satisfied with MPG of hybrid.

Poor MPG for Hybrid. EPA estimate is 36/37 but only get a little over 31 even while driving extremely conservatively. I've driven it for 2k miles already and I hope the MPG improves. The EV motor does not turn on in an efficient manner. The calibration seems to be off.

the best vehicle I've ever owned.

This is the 3rd new Hyundai that I;ve purchased. I heard a lot about Hybrid and never thought I would want one but It was a very good purchase. We love the vehicle with the good gas mileage and the power this car has and comfort of driving and quietness of riding in it. We get compliments everywhere we go and it's a very sporty looking car.

Love my Tucson hybrid!

Stylish, very comfortable front seats and back, with lots of leg room. Excellent acceleration. Good visibility for the driver. Safety features are terrific - especially like the camera of the next lane when the turn signal is in use. Gas mileage is not as great as I expected.
