This car has it all!

This car checks all the boxes for us! We wanted the latest safety features, comfort and great styling. We are so impressed with the smooth, quiet ride, and it handles so easily. We had never owned a Hyundai before, but I think this will be our car make in the future too!

good vehicle but not worth the money

Nice ride, quite for what it is, quite, lots of features, good fuel economy based on how you drive it. Engine not adequate without the turbo. Lane departure and automatic steering system jerky. Hopefully it lasts. My son has a 2020 which just had the transmission replaced.

Multiple problems!

Roughly two months after buying the car, A/C stopped blowing cold air. The A/C was not blowing cold air at any outside temperature. I took it to the dealership on 5/31/23 and the dealer fixed the A/C issue and gave me back the car on 6/27/23. As per the invoice copy the dealer seems to have replaced "Wiring Assy-Contr", "R-1234F REFRIGER", "INVERTER KIT-COMP" AND "BODY KIT-COMPRESS". These are lot of components for a new car to be replaced. Also, now I am facing another issue related to the Battery. The 12V Battery dies every time I turn off the car. The car doesn't get locked or unlocked. Media player remains On even if I turn off the car and step outside. Today is 6/27/23 and I purchased this car at the end of March. Roughly within three months this car is giving me all the issues and out of these three months, the car was almost parked at the dealership for one month. Disappointed with this purchase. I have to take the car to the dealership again to show them the Battery issue, Media player issue, lock & unlock issue.

This car is a piece of garbage

There is a recall with the battery not cooling and it takes weeks to get a replacement part to the dealership. The dealer Napleton Hyundai in Palm Beach County Florida does not care once they have your money, their service treats you like garbage, they try to leave you without a loaner or a rental, and it can take weeks for them to get the part that has been recalled, and the car is undrivable without it.

Need wireless apple car play need more tactile buttons for center console revs could go higher before auto shift nav visuals are bad, distracting, hard to customize 12V battery reset a little confusing if it happens WHILE driving

Great vehicle.

This is my second Hyundai Tucson. My son is now driving my first 2020 model. It is still in great shape and I feel it’s the safest car for a first time driver. I love the body styling on my new 2023 Tucson. Thanks.

After owning this car for three months and driving it, 3300 miles it broke down and had to be towed

I had the vehicle for three months and drove 3300 miles when the car broke down. My family and I were on vacation in Florida from North Carolina when a message came on the car, saying check hybrid system, and the car would not start. I called roadside assistance who had a tow truck come and bring the car to a Hyundai dealership. It took two days before anyone got back to me to tell me that they would look at the car the first chance they got, but they only had one technician who is familiar with the hybrid system. A corporate customer service rep contacted me and told me I could rent a car to get back home to North Carolina. It has been over a week and the car has not been repaired. This is totally unsatisfactory for a brand new car.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this SUV

We replaced our 2009 Murano. We purchased the Tucson hybrid and live how this car handles. It's SO quiet and gets GREAT gas mileage. For a 4 cylinder it has great pick up and go. I love the safety features and the Bluetooth interface. It's a really sharp looking vehicle w lots of space.
