Cars ok and i don't want to write 200 words for this damnable survey. This and Hyundai Finance are my only complaints, That is not counting people who can't talk with an inside voice. is this ennnnugh writing?

Not sure what to say

Basic transportation. If you just need a vehicle to drive for a few years till warranty is about up that is affordable, buy this car. If you have a few more dollars there are others with better quality.

i like the car over all but i do not like that it dose not a spare tire , it has exceptional gas mpg ,drove this car to fl, the car got 51.mpg 2.6.engine 4 cylinder , the ride was very comfortable ,

I bought this car exactly a year ago, and I was so excited and truthfully really enjoyed it. Maybe only 4/6 months in my car broke down. It was not driveable and it took almost a week for them to get around to fixing my car. That’s okay, expect I was not allowed a rental car because I’m only 19. I have to get to work, you sold me a brand new car, but cannot give me a rental car when my NEW car broke down? Not only did it break down, but in the last month I noticed that occasionally my control panel on the driver side window will quit working. The lights will turn off and you cannot roll any windows down or up, and you cannot lock or unlock the car from that door. Frankly, it’s really disappointing and I wish I got a different car.

Great Car for Value.. Just a few hiccups

Pros: Super stylish, great value and safety features. Compared to other competitors, you get a lot more bells and whistles for your money. Cons: Need a high speed charging cable to connect android auto. Also, car sometimes hesitates getting into the proper gear after a complete stop. The left side of the sun visor should be made to go completely to the end of windshield. The 2 inch gap puts the sun right in my eyes.

This is my 3rd Hyundai. The first was a used one. The next two were purchased new. They have been delightful. I love the brand. This 2023 Sonata has features that my BMW didn't have. I plan on replacing the 2005 Xgl soon.

I love this car! It is beautiful, gets great gas mileage, and runs perfectly. I am happier with this purchase than I have ever been. The car is roomy and fun to drive. So happy our salesman showed us this car!

Yes, Anthony Arceneaux was very helpful. he gets an A++ from us. Stop pushing the add on service contracts. When someone says they just want the warranty offered by the factory, let it go. Especially when the person buying the car has already said she does not want it. Also, for the most part the experience was O.K., But I personally didn't like it when your finance guy pulls out a 4 foot long piece of paper with some of the smallest print I've ever seen on showing all the things the customer MAY not get IF the car goes out of warranty. And then making her sign it. Sir, if she wants the extended warranty, you will have a record of it. You'll have her signature on the contract. If you don't have her signature on a contract, isn't that the same as having her sign a 4 ft piece of paper saying she declined you coverage? Also, I didn't hear one word about how much of the price of this extra coverage is getting kicked back to Hyundai/Sterling?. In my book, this is an intimidation tactic on an older customer, and it actually looked like something I would expect to see in a skit on Saturday Night Live. The Hyundai Brand has built a reputation for quality. My Aunt wanted a Hyundai even though she has driven Honda Accords most of her life. I may be looking for a new car for the wife in a year or two. Great features and style for the price

The stylish yet luxury feel of this vehicle is awesome. Hyundai hit the mark with this one. The color makes it even sexier. I have the gray with domed out windows, 17 inch rims and a moon roof, this car looks and drives like a dream.

Great vehicle, the only con I've can also be look at as a pro. This vehicle makes me want to go fast lol, when I look down at my speed I have to tell myself to slow down. The vehicle rides very smooth!

I went to the dealership with my boyfriend to purchase a car for him and we left with 2 new Hyundai's. I've had the Sonata for a year and it's so much fun to drive. I love it's sorry styling. It is packed with features.

Very impressed w/this vehicle. Confused about why some changes were made. Seems some of the changes were made just for the sake of change. Volume on the NAV system is so low that I can’t tell anyone is talking.

So far so good. I am not use to a smaller sedan, but this works for me.

I am still getting used to the Infotainment features and the push button shifting has caused me to “fail” to push the “park” button hard enough, so when I took my foot off the brake, I lurched forward. I have learned to look at the dash for the confirming “Park” message.

Great car

Great car that's fun to drive. It's also classy looking. It has a smooth ride. It also has great gas mileage. The whole buying experience at Ontario hyundai was great. Looking forward to dealing with Ontario hyundai in the future. And maybe purchasing a electric hyundai ioniq 5.

Good looking car

In general this vehicle is very reliable, it is comfortable inside, the design is great, the color a chose is perfect, the interior design is fantastic. Fragile parts are bumper, the cover underneath the vehicle, my car play was malfunctioning when brand new.

It’s a great value and the styling is head turning I have gotten so many compliments on this model I own the N-Line addition the interior is amazing especially with the blue lighting that I have it set on at night in the interior

Sonatas are great cars -

but the dummes who made this survey excluded LEASES in tbe Experience category and do not have a Prefer Not To Disclose choice in the Income category. You can get feedback on your cars . My finances are none of you damn bsiness - as long as I pay you every month...$$$ You might want to give the dumb ass business manager a lesson in finance.. After 60 years of writing checks, that jerk told me I did not know how to do it !!
