Great Vehicle

We like the Sonata very much. This is our second one. Our first one lasted 14 years. It was starting to give us some problems so we thought it was time to trade it off. We have been very happy with our Sonata's.

Finally a luxury vehicle for the common people.

Over the last 60 years I have owned more cars than I can remember. SUV’s, sedans, etc…. Cadillac, Lexus, Buick, Honda, Toyota and others. My Hyundai dollar for dollar has the features and performance I would have considered hard to believe until my purchase. Engineering, ride, quietness, geometry of handling is simply amazing. What a value!

Comfortable, economic, easy handling vehicle.

My only complaint is that the Vehicle "Ground clearance" is too low. Have to be very careful parking around curb stops in parking lots. Sensors do not warn of curb stops. Would prefer it to be higher off the ground.

Amazing, Dependable Car

I have been buying Hyundai Sonata's for 20+ years and have never been disappointed in any one of them. My 2023 is absolutely gorgeous and has all the bells and whistles. It also came in a hard to find ultimate red but I am glad I found this one and absolutely love this car.

Help out

I got a bad vehicle problems after problems when I first bought it when i finally hit 19k miles then engine died and in about 25k miles again and in 34k mile it happens again and this time it was when I was out of town so tell me how is that safe especially with my son in the car it’s really scary so please help me out

Very cool car

It drives itself and the remote parking it’s amazing ? but make it available to be able to drive from far not close to the car please everything is very good the sound system it very nice and the dashboard on the turn signals is great

This car is very good for all the safety features I love it this car is exceptional on mileage it offers great comfort and the car is roomy and the trunk is huge great car and would recommend this car to first time drivers and elderly people

Do not spend the money, the car does not get the gas mileage they say it does and does not have the power as the old ones do. Check other options when buying this car…. Go on a long test drive not what your salesman wants

Less than 2 years and already broke down.

Have had the vehicle under 2 years and is currently being serviced after being towed to dealership. Bad fuel injectors. At 20,000 miles had to replace tires, dealership says this is customary on there new vehicles but will sell you another set of the same thing for more money than you'd pay on an 85,000 mile Yokohama tires. I'm disappointed with the service from dealership more than the vehicle however, this vehicle should not be encountering these issues on a vehicle this new.

Very good automobile for the price.

Hyundai Sonata is a great value for the price. Stylish. Economical. Enjoyable to drive. Ride is a little hard but overall comfortable. Mileage is very good. Holds value well and the free maintenance for 3 years is a plus.

I bought this vehicle new. Although I have generally liked the car: size, look, smoothness, exterior noise, the car's fuel injectors begam failing after a year. This year, they failed three times in five months. When they do, the car seizes up and it is dangerous. All three times, we have been on busy interstates. When I approached the dealer to consider rebuying or replacing the car, the answer was a resounding no. The issue is unacceptable and a serious reason not to buy this year and model of Sonata.

2023 Hyundai Sonata overall disappointment

They've taken an inexpensive car and made it into a cheap car. No Sirius connectivity? Only two cupholders in the front seat, NONE in the rear? Sales force has learned to cover up many of the car's shortcomings.

Fourth Hyundai

We have enjoyed the Sonata series of Hyundais and have always been a fan of very good gas mileage while having a comfortable ride and suitable creature comforts in the base options. The current 2023 model is very well equipped but we did lose the power driver’s seat and the rear seat cup holders and fold down center armrests. Colors were limited for the model year, as well. We don’t especially care for the push button automatic transmission preferring an actual handle operated shifter.

Great car

Love driving an outstanding car that is fun and easy to handle.The features are innovative which makes it an extremely safe car. The Sonata’s interior could not be more comfortable along with great mileage per gallon of gas.I would be it over again with no questions asked.

Big Disappointment

I bought a new 2023 Sonata N Line and it has been in the dealership 5 times with issues. Bad axle, bad wheel, front brakes (replaced at 9k), steering wheel clicking. All covered under warranty except the brakes. So much for ease of mind with a NEW car! Big disappointment!
