Great Brand and quality

Overall the vehicle is great. If I had the chance I would upgrade to a Genesys. The warranty is great and you pay additional to cover everything not only the engine and the transmission. I took it for my first maintenance and the dealership was great when it comes to customer service. I barely had to wait and they assisted really fast. Not even an hour wait and my vehicle was returned.

Genesis Territory and a budget

Great comfort with a smooth ride. Open roof gives a Luxury feel, the Air cooled seat a great feature specially in the Florida Heat. Ample power to get out of its own way yet still getting 35MPG average.. build quality can be better.

This is a great vehicle. It is comfortable, fun to drive and gets great gas mileage. We mostly drive in town but have taken this on several road trips and it does a great job. Large trunk for storage and a panoramic sunroof add to the details that make it fun to own. It looks sporty and white is a classic color so I plan on keeping this vehicle for many years.

Great car except the door collects water, very upset with you..................

Again if you can fix my door so it does not collect water that would be great. To tell me it is normal (been automotive my whole life) that is not normal and will lead to more problems and rust? Are you going to replace my door??????????

Love it but too low to ground

Love to drive it, but too low to ground, tough getting in and out, but I am 86 years old. I love all of the safety features, especially blind spot warning and Hands-free driving. also love Speed Control in stop and go traffic. Hate shift Buttons

Nice car for the money. Has many features of a much higher priced car. Wish it had a compass. This is our 3rd Sonata. Quiet smooth ride, easy to drive. Very easy to see out of and around. Great lighting inside and out.

Very good car overall

Too many words required. It’s a very good card with many different options not found on competitive vehicles but lacks some options that I was used to, having leased a BMW 5 series all wheel drive and driving it for three years. Although there is a significant difference in price.

Car has left me stranded TWICE

I have 3 sonata, the first 2 were great 100k. With no problems. This one has left me stranded on the highway TWICE. Less then 18000 miles , both times it lost power while I was driving on the highway and had to get towed to nearest dealership.

My car

I’m a loyal lover of Hyundai. I have purchased 5 total. All have performed well. My children drive them also as well as some of my peers. When I visited South Korea I noticed many different models. I am happy with my car.

Fun and reliable

Design inside and outside is immaculate, the performance is slightly subpar but nonetheless fun to drive and ride in, spacious. And for the money I spent definitely worth the price tag. I wouldn’t recommend Hyundai in general I’ve had bad experiences with it, however the sonata specifically has been wonderful!

Interior Water Issues

I have standing water sitting in my rear door panels until doors are opened (which isn’t often) draining into the lip of my door then sitting there causing dirt and potentially rust. When it sits too long it produces a smell. Dealership says it’s normal. I disagree and know that it will cause more issues down the road. Not to mention that my 2019 model didn’t have those issues.

Best technological car ever owned

Was going for toyota camry originally. After driving Sonata n seeing the technology it has to offer I didn’t even want to sit in a toyota or Honda. After test driving 5 midrange vehicles Sonata easily number one choice for me n family

Wife loves it I like it

It is perfect for my wife; it has all the toys, and she is very happy with it expect for the lack of storage inside. For me I like it but it's too under powered. I hope long term it holds up I've never had a turbo before.

The dealership made alot of promises and sold me a car missing features that were stated were there they even hid the window sticker so I wouldn't see the lies never saw vehicle before purchasing was still on a truck was dissapointed and dealership did nothing to resolve issue other than take my money never do business with jenkins hyundai of ocala fl should not be allowed to sell cars

Pleased with car overall. Road noise an issue. Radio mediocre...poor sound.

Overall great car in our price range. Comfortable ride. Good gas mileage. Rear passengers say it is comfortable too. It was not our 1st choice but available when needed. Would consider another Hundai when time to replace in a few years.

Very cool sedan.

A lot of car for the money spent. You would have to pay considerably more for a comparably equipped car from another manufacturer. The car is extremely fast and sounds it….love the exhaust sound. The tire/wheel package looks great and it fits the vehicle. This is my first Hyundai and I highly recommend the brand to others.

Love this vehicle

Great looking, great driving and great gas milage for the size of a car it is. It has a lot of power especially in sport mode. Looks like a much more expensive vehicle than it is. We receive positive comments from strangers all the time.

Bad Dealership Service

The car is ok, not great. Very jerky at times and a not so smooth ride. The biggest let down is the Dealership not willing to honor warranties that they sold me on when purchasing the vehicle. I'm paying for the warranties and for 10 months i've been trying to get my wheels fixed from scraps and bumps but they will not even make an effort to help fix the cosmetic damage even though they are clearly under warranty. The dealership is blaming Hyundai so beware if they try and sell you on a warranty they won't execute.
