Totally exceeds my expectations and I could not be happier
Shawn O'Brien was probably one of the best sales personnel i have ever worked with. He read me well as he listened and anticipated all my needs. He was attentive and ALWAYS available. He made sure I was being attended to when he was on personal vacation! Called me to check in because he saw i sent a message. Now that is dedication! I felt comfortable making decisions and was not rushed or pushed. He took his time to make sure i understood all my options, what they meant for me, and that i was happy with each decision. Made it easy for me to say im DEFINITLY buying a car from him! He even made sure I had the exact vehicle when I was ready to come in. Devil is in the details and Shawn knew just how to accentuate and explain all the details. He's HONEST as they come and so down to earth! Made buying a brand new vehicle and letting go of my good used car (Mercedes) enjoyable! He even stayed extremely late that night to make sure I was taken care of. Cannot thank Shawn enough for an amazing expierence. You better believe i will send people to him to buy thier next vehicle!
Second Shout out : Brian in Service. Now this man treated me better in the first 30 seconds than ANYONE at Mercedes (who is supposed to cater to customers). He gave me the luxury treatment. Kept me informed throughout the process and made sure any needs were satisfied. I felt so special! And he answered questions with informed direction to make sure i knew how to take PROPER care of my vehicle. I remember sending my significant other a text after my first encounter with Brian and told him "WOW they are giving me rich people treatment!"
And there is Case. He is tough! But fair when I was in the purchasing process. Lol. When I returned for my first service, this man recognized me immediately and made sure i was being taken care of just like I was super rich! Its not his job but he made sure my time spent at the facility went quickly and he even helped me get items I needed for the vehicle.

As for the vehicle? I am so in love with this and tell people my 26 Sante Fe (calligraphy) is better than my Mercedes HANDS AND FEET down. It has more bells and whistles. Gas is more affordable. Maintenence costs dont move the needle closer to bankruptcy (seriously, Mercedes Maintenence will break the bank). AND the price is paid made the payment more affordable! Im getting more for my money AND being treated like I make the BIG $$$$$. This vehicle makes me smile every time I just crawl inside! Its so comfortable (we drove to NC and Canada already) and stylish. I didnt think id ever love a vehicle so much!
