Excellent design and features, abysmal dealer post sale experience.

We love the car, drives nice, great tech. Well thought out cabin and ergonomics. HOWEVER The calligraphy came with trash pirelli tires that failed within 1200 miles, the dealer went over and above to avoid warranty replacement and we ended up buying a $800 tire one month after purchase. A failing drivers side wiper blade has us going to the shop this week. Right around 1.5years of ownership. Car is nice, dealership needs investigation. Ask someone who has experience with their service dept before choosing a dealer.

Santa Fe Review

We like the Hyundai Santa Fe very much, especially it's overall styling and the design of the Calligraphy trim. We researched the model, as well as its primary competitors before deciding on the Santa Fe due to its reliability, design and overall value. The only issue I would like addressed and resolved is the inability to turn off the driver attentiveness feature when using cruise control. I apparently routinely block the camera with my arm when driving on cruise control and this safety feature will send an audible and visible warning and, if I don't change my arm's position (can also occur if I have my hand near my face), it will turn cruise control off. I find this aggravating and believe it is more dangerous than having a camera that cannot judge my attentiveness.

Great vehicle!

We love the size and roomieness of it. I would like to see more features on the SE model, the phone charger pad would be nice.

I love my Santa Fe, except that the seats have discolored after only 1 year as well as the tires needing replaced after only 24,000 miles

2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy

I love all the safety features, I wish there was a 7th seat or that the 3rd row had 3 not just 2 buckles. With the 3rd row up there isn’t much trunk room, we went from a 24 SE to the 25 calligraphy and while there are so many pros the 1 thing I wish we didn’t lose was a seat. Went from a bench in the middle to two bucket seats and that stinks.

Santa Fe Premium

This is my 4th Santa Fe…The Santa Fe Premium has all the comfort and safety features you would want. Plenty of interior room. The ride is great, not as sporty as past Santa Fe’s, but very comfortable. Gas mileage is not great, I would go for the hybrid in the future.

The car was wonderful when I first got it, but it receives updates, and with every update it gets worse. The acceleration has changed so that it lags when you press the accelerator; my wife hates driving my car because of this. Apple CarPlay takes longer to connect with every update, so I drive in silence for the first minute or two. I live in West Virginia with roads that curve, and the cruise control will not work...it disengages on almost every curve. There is a lot to love about this car, but it seems to be headed in the wrong direction fast, so I'm going to look to trade asap.
