Very unresponsive and dangerous

I've taken my new Santa Fe in multiple times for issues that have been ongoing, but the dealership just says "that is normal." My shifting does not respond all the time and I have to hit D or R multiple times or wait for it to actually shift, or it revs and jumps. When I hit the gas to take off from a stoplight, even in Sport mode, there is a 1-2 second delay before it actually moves and it responds very slowly, which has almost gotten me hit a few times. The Android Play does not connect consistently, and sometimes not at all. The touch screen is inconsistent in reacting...when I start the car and try to type in an address, it doesn't respond until minutes later, then finally responds with all of the actions at once and I have to touch the screen multiple times for it to respond. By that time, I'm already driving and it wont let me type in the address while I'm moving. The parking cameras are super slow to respond, and I'm usually parked before they come on.

Not what I expected from Hyundai

When I heard Hyundai and 10yr warranty, I was interested. It sounded like they had become something that wanted to compete in the market. The 2023 Santa Fe is the last model in that body style. Not sure if they realized it was so flawed and abandoned it or not. I’ve had so many issues/complaints, I can’t begin to list them all. For what I paid for the calligraphy model, I expected better.

She's a beauty!

First time driving a four-cylinder with a turbo. Great pick up good speed. Many features such as adaptive cruise control, Lane assist, backup camera, heads up display, heat it steering wheel, heated & cool seats. Napa leather, and suede headline. All with panoramic views from the roof.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned

My previous vehicle was a 2018 Acura RDX. This vehicle has it beat in so many ways. It’s roomier in the back, allowing me to easily put my golf clubs in sideways. It has a smoother ride. It is not as jerky with the acceleration and braking. I have the Calligraphy trim level. I love all the bells and whistles, especially the heads up display. I have had absolutely no issues with it. It also runs on regular gas, whereas my Acura required premium fuel. I like the exterior better than the new remodel that replaced it.

2023 Santa Fe Callisades

I really like the car. However, the horn is so wimpy that I am almost embarrassed to use it. It took a long time to get used to the push button transmission.
