Good value for the price

Exterior styling is a huge negative with all the ugly overdone "H"'s, I find it tacky. Steering is clunky-literally, it clunks when I first start driving as if something is mechanically wrong. I wish the Calligraphy trim level was available with a bench seat in the back, I absolutely hate the "captains chairs" in the back. Can't fold them down to increase cargo capacity. Dumb. Technology is good overall. Hybrid is a bit disappointing, it is often hard to keep it in EV mode even when coasting or just maintaining a modest speed of 40 mph here in the very flat terrain of Florida. I'm constantly trying to coax it into EV mode. Averaging about 37 mpg thanks to constantly trying to force the engine to shut off. This car could average 40mpg if they were to tweak the programming to rely more on the electric motor.

Overall I am very satisfied with the vehicle. My complaints revolve around software errors. For example it is impossible to register a finger print. Whenever i try it always tells me to have both digital key and fob inside the car...even though they are.

Battery has consistently failed

Battery issue with car. Have brought back to dealership three times for same issues and unable to resolve. Purchased 11/30/25 and has been at dealership for 30+ days, collectively. This our fourth Hyundai. All have been fantastic, with this particular Santa Fe a BIG exception.

Best for the money.

I purchased a 25 Santa Fe Hybrid and enjoyed it so much that my wife wanted to trade in her 21 Palisade for the 26 Santa Fe Calligraphy. we did and love both our Santa Fe's.

Kia Telluride replacement

I purchased this vehicle to replace my 2022 Telluride, which I loved. While the vehicle is still new to me I have some concerns. I love the longer range of the hybrid. That part exceeds my hopes. Understanding how exactly the hybrid system works to maximize efficiency is still a work in progress. Times when I believe I am meeting the conditions to have it drop into hybrid mode, it doesn't. There also seem to be ghosts in this machine. The auto lift hatch opens fine with the key buy lately I much==st keep the key depressed for it to fully close. If I remove my thumb, it stops. It has also not always responded with the dashboard button. I am biased as I had 2 Tellurides and had pretty much figured them out. his is still a work in progress.
