Comfortable vehicle, many great safety features, good gas milage.

I am very glad that I decided to go with this manufacture and model. I will definitely be interested in replacing it with a newer make and model. There are so many wonderful features that this car has, one of them being all of the different cameras.

Summary Complaints

Overall good. Problems: 1. Issue with the AC has never been addressed properly. Both sides of the car have different temperatures. We can some explanation about sensors. 2. Drivers side is very noisy, more do than passenger side, it sounds like the window is down. 3. The second row seat movements are not intuitive.

Gas mileage is low and worst of all on a 2024 car ( new 18000 miles) had to replace all the tires right away REALLY?

My Hyundai had to be repurchased by Hyundai

My Hyundai repeatedly drained battery, and car would not start. It was at dealer for so many days it qualified for the “lemon law.”

Fantastic but not acceptable

Hi I love my Santa Fe BUT the building quality is not up to par since I had two recalls in a little more than one year. Thats not acceptable since it steals time for those endless wisits at the shop and time is money eaven if the repair is paid!

I really love my Santa Fe.

I love the gas mileage (hybrid) I love the design. I love most of the safety features. The downsides are: it was in the shop for a week when we first got it because of an airbag warning light. We have been waiting several weeks for over a month for the dealer to get the parts for two recalls. (Hope they are not serious) The safety features are numerous-so the operation of them was a huge learning curve. I wish we didn't have to "log-in"-kind of a pain.

Calligraphy model

Love the heads up display! Will never own another vehicle without HUD. Seats are comfy, but don't always return to my setting. Love the Adaptive Cruise Control with Lane Assist, but occasionally it tells me to keep my eyes on the road even when I am definitely looking at the road in front of me. It is a little louder than I remember from the test drive and I now notice lots of wind noise.

Worst vehicle I have ever had!

Vehicle has been misfiring since 2025- purchased new 2024... vehicle now has been at service department for over 2 months! Loved my car but Hyundai has been horrible at fixing problem or responding back.

Overall, good vehicle. Less than 20,000 miles on one and a half years old. Lots of great features, drives great, was a good deal. A little wind noise from the driver side door. That’s the only complaint.

Nice’n roomy!

Seats are comfortably firm, and heated seats are the best. Being able to raise knees above hips is great for lower back, but wish I could raise them a bit higher for firmer lumbar support.
