Would be 5 stars if it was consistent!

I’ve really enjoyed owning the Hyundai Santa Fe so far. The interior design is beautiful and feels thoughtfully done—it strikes a great balance between modern and comfortable. As a parent, the space and layout have been a huge win. There’s plenty of room for kids, bags, and everyday life, and everything feels intuitive and easy to use. The comfort level is one of my favorite aspects of the vehicle. It’s a smooth ride, and the seats and overall cabin feel make a big difference, especially during longer drives or busy days running around. I also really appreciate the features and technology—there’s a lot included, and it genuinely enhances the driving experience. I did have a significant issue early on that required the vehicle to be in the shop for an extended period to replace a module. While that was ultimately resolved and I appreciated the follow-through, it was a frustrating experience to have so soon after purchase. Since then, I’ve still experienced some inconsistencies that give me pause. I’ve noticed occasional warning lights appearing unexpectedly, and the charging functionality hasn’t always been reliable. While these issues haven’t completely overshadowed my experience, they do impact my confidence in the vehicle’s long-term reliability. Overall, I really like the Santa Fe and think it offers a lot of value, especially for families. If the reliability concerns were addressed, it would be an easy, enthusiastic recommendation.

Overall great car. Some design issues inside for ease of driver - control placement etc. But I enjoy the smooth ride and hybrid feature helping to save some on gas cost

Satisfaction survey

I am mostly pleased with the car as a whole. My major complaint is the lane assistance as compared to the 2024 Palisade I owned before this car. It is the only vehicle that I have to compare to. Compared to the Palisade, the lane assist is rough and jerky. If you activate the turn signal for a lane assist lane change, the change is sudden and jerky. There have been many times when I had to take control to make the car stay in the lane after the change. Without my input the car would have continued past the lane or shoulder stripe instead staying in the newly selected lane. Even in basically straight ahead travel, I find the Santa Fe wanders significantly from side to side in the lane selected. My other complaint is the indicator lights for selected features are so dim that on a sunny day the little lights, that indicate if a feature has been selected, cannot be seen unless a hand is used to shade the light. This requires removing a hand from the steering wheel and dividing your attention between driving and trying to see the light. I think this is very unsafe.

Very disappointing performance. Runs on the gas engine almost all of the time, not on the battery. Mileage is mediocre at best.

We love the Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy it is exactlly what we wanted.

I started noticing the Santa Fe back in 2024 especially with the new design. Ever since then I wanted one. With Hyundai financing the offer was to good to pass up. We own a 2016 Hyundai Sonata which we bought new and we are still very pleased. Hyundai has done it again. If I am honest, I'm not quite impressed with the newer model.

Best vehicle to drive

This vehicle is comfortable to drive , has great safety features with automatic breaking if you’re too close to someone and it handles great in the winter . It’s also accommodating to someone taller by having comfortable interior and design .
