2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Caligrophy

Great vehicle but the only issue I have is with the navigation system. I select all of the POI’s but very few points of interest show up. Took a four hour trip to another state and was disappointed that those POI’s did not show on the map.

Our first Hybrid Vehicle

We purchased our 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe calligraphy edition and have had it for about four months now. Both my wife and I are ecstatic with the car. Everything from the drive, comfort, and all the technology in it we can’t think of anything else we could want.

Not as great as advertised

Very smooth ride and roomy. However I bought solely for the gas mileage, with driving many miles for work. The advertised mid 30s range has not even been close to you her yet and I've drove 8200 miles. Most I have seen is 30, but that is rare. Mostly 25-28 mpg. Which is far off from 33-37 mpg advertised. The dinging when driving is also really annoying. If it's windy or a tiny bit of a bump it dings and tells you to take a break 🙄

Nice room great mileage

Great choice of a car.

So far….. easy to drive and enjoyable to ride. One thing that needs to change is all the reminders of crap like think about a break and other safety nazi comments!

Best car I have owned!

I am still learning about my car but I LOVE IT! I never thought I would own a hybrid and I don't think I'll drive anything else! The dealership, the dealership, they were amazing! Not just the dealership I bought my vehicle from but a different dealership where I first looked at the Santa Fe. They are so polite and friendly.

Great ride and amenities, very uncomfortable seats

I loved the look and features of the Santa Fe. However, the seats were very uncomfortable and the side bolsters were very hard and way to compressive. Within 6 weeks I was having significant leg and back pain. After seeing my physician to ensure no other reasons for the back pain, we concluded it was the car. I ended up selling at a loss at less than 1000 miles. Am now in a Nissan and much happier with the seat comfort. It was unfortunate as the Santa Fe had all the features I loved. I had a Tucson before this and never had any issues with seat comfort, but it was an older car.

Why Below Average

While I absolutely love this vehicle, I recently took it on a road trip and learned some things about it. There is ABSOLUTELY no air in the third row, unless the windows are down, and no speakers as well, so you can barely hear the music. On top of that the gas mileage decreases significantly if it's windy. While I generally average around 37, it dipped in the 20's when we dealt with wind. To me it felt like Hyundai was like "We're going to make 3rd row standard, but if they only buy basic, we don't care about 3rd row passengers, they have to upgrade".

Sante Fe Review

Love all the safety features and the gas mileage. Seats are not comfortable for long drives - I am a 5'10' 145 pound woman, drove a 2018 Chevy Silverado which I traded for this - and the driver's seat is hard and not deep enough for me. About 2 hours is all I can take in that seat without discomfort. Also, the rear hatch opened on its own several times so that I had to turn off the remote approach release which was a feature I enjoyed until I had to stop. using it. Gas mileage is not what was advertised on highways, but better than the Silverado, of course.
