I like the style and comfort of this truck however at 8000 miles transmission had to be replaced. Kept getting a warning light that the mechanics couldn’t find a diagnostic code for and when the car was shut off it reset.

Smooth drive and great features

The Santa Cruz is a great small truck. It is a great mpg and the design is great. It’s a small sporty truck.

So far only have 7500 miles bought it new it is fun to drive and like the design of the small truck,like the coooler in the bed of the truck put ice in it and but your drinks and snacks ,sandwich that is nice on long trips

Overall I really like the handling and the comfort of driving the Santa Cruz. I do not appreciate constant you need to do this or that just to gouge more money out of you if you truly stand behind your product than when a person buys an extended warranty Hyundai should help that person take care of the vehicle at a much lesser cost to the buyer

Love the Santa Cruz.

I love my Santa Cruz. I haven't had any problems with it at all. The ride is very comfortable. It gets great gas mileage. It was very affordable and has a great warranty. The bed is perfect for what I need it for. Obviously if I needed a full size truck for towing or hauling large loads, this wouldn't work. But for a commuter and an occassional smaller load it is perfect.

Great vehicle with some exceptions

Overall a great car/truck. A few challenges that I've not been happy with. The automatic locking system is a bit slow compared to my last car which was a Volvo. It pauses a bit, before unlocking or locking. There have been times when I've had to retrieve the key to open or lock it. Also, the passenger seat is not as comfortable as the drivers seat and is not automatic - that was a real disappointment when I discovered after buying. Also, the volume and cruise control should be switched on the stearing wheel, which I think they have done on some models. I don't the computer system, it's too distracting, would prefer a more old school approach.

Great Little Truck

After driving larger trucks for many years, it's been a real pleasure to get behind the wheel of a truly compact truck. The ride is very car-like, handling is great; and, it actually fits into a parking space! When it's time for doing work, you are obviously limited by the bed size - but even then it's been well thought out, so you can still haul full sheets of drywall and plywood.

Great little truck

I love my Santa Cruz. It can do small truck stuff and is fun and easy to drive. It could use a little more power but overall, performance is adequate. It is comfortable and has some nice features. I think it would be nice if it was a little cheaper.

My 2024 Santa Cruz

What I like most is it's like driving an SUV and not an actual truck. Very comfortable to drive and really like the front camera. My diagonal parking is not what it use to be.
