Love my Santa Fe

I absolutely love my Santa Fe. I wanted something to be able to camp and get to a trailhead with, but that was stylish and not like all the other trucks out there, that are usually way too much. Also wanted sporty. Also wanted a daily driver. This fit the bill well. Only wish I had picked up the turbo - it's my only real complaint with my vehicle.

Perfect Combination of Truck & Car

I was searching online for a small pickup for hubby even though I wanted another SUV. I came across the Santa Cruz being made in summer of 2022. It was perfect for us both! Great SUV body with a 4' pick up bed!

Santa Cruz

Wanted a smaller truck, but didn't want a midsize truck offered by other dealerships. The santa cruz and the ford maverick were an interesting choice. Could never find a maverick to drive, and the santa cruz looked much better for both interior and exterior. I have not been disappointed with the santa cruz.

Love the concept but.....

The Santa Cruz fills the niche for a urban small truck. As with most vehicles, it has its benefits and drawbacks. What has taken the shine off this purchase is the fact that any maintenance needs to be scheduled at least two months out, at least at the dealership I purchased from. Service reminder for an oil change came on at 8,000 miles. Called dealership and they could schedule me two months out. Paid for first service myself at a oil change retailer.

It loses power on the freeway

Sport Truck

Strangers off the street take notice. They all has to walk up to me and ask questions. I cll it a sport truck, like a spartscar - but its a truck. Works great as an Uber driver. I've have 5 adults and myself in the truck.

So easy to drive. Very nice looking vehicle. Everything I have needed in a vehicle. I use it for my part time job of bartending. Works great for transporting supplies and is easy to load and unload. Would recommend it to anyone that wants a smaller truck.

Great truck/car

Comfortable, nice to drive. Holds corners nicely. Moderately good gas mileage . Plenty of cargospace for Costco runs. There is enough leg room both front and back. Rides smoothly and camera works great! Easy to clean.

Nice size pickup truck.

Waited yrs for the Santa Cruz to b built. Bought it sight unseen. Got the limited model has great power, the styling is great, great size for me, mostly haul few bails of hay & feed, or about 6- 5 gallon tanks of gas for mowing. I didn't want a massive pickup truck look. the paint is nice no flaws. Do wish they had a better choice of fun colors. Have had lots of compliments on its looks. Didn’t know I needed ventilated seats but love that! Even the backs r heated on heat mode. Love the all around camera. Has built in garage door opener. Just a fun vehicle to drive!

Fun Truck to Drive

Test drive one. Decide if this is the vehicle for you. If so, get the best deal you can squeeze out of the dealership and buy it. Then drive it day in and day out. Be careful as there is little room for backseat passengers unless you and front seat passenger are under five foot tall.

Great sports adventure vehicle

I love the storage, receptacle and ice chest feature! Hiowever, it needs keyless entry & a way to leave it running for my dog when I run in the grocery store and such. Please make some kind of improvement for our animals.

Great looking and great performing vehicle

Super versatile. The pick up bed is just the right size and hard cover is a great feature. Santa Cruz has great pick up and fund to drive. I get many compliments on the look and styling. The electronics package is amazingly easy to use.

After selling my home, I no longer needed a full size pickup truck but was undecided what to get. Saw Hyundai was going to produce the Santa Cruz, so I actually completed a reservation for one thru Hyundai America. Received a notice that local dealer had Santa Cruz similar to want I wanted, went to look at it and drove it and fell in love with it thus purchasing it. Vehicle has a unique design and appearance, seats four, and has some pickup truck capability, just what I was seeking. Overall appearance, performance, comfort, features are perfect for what I was seeking. Love this vehicle.

Great Vehicle for hauling, cruisin, relaxing

Great vehicle so far. I love the ability to haul some things, and have the comfort and features of higher end vehicles for a decent price and great warranty. Has decent pickup for a 4 cylinder with Turbo, The gas mileage I thought would be better. Gets around 22-23 MPG around town, and close to 30-35 MPG on highway

My 1st Hyundai Santa Cruz

Reports of recalls and thefts are issues or concerns for me. Bluelink had Chassis warnings issued pertaining vehicle prior to purchase. No complete understanding was given by dealership if this issue was resolved or repaired after I had purchased vehicle.

The Hyundai Santa Cruz was a vehicle of surprise to myself and my wife. We were hoping that Hyundai would come up with a pick up truck design since 1995. Two are pleasant surprise the Hyundai Santa Cruz appeared when we went to trade in our lease vehicles. We immediately fell in love with the vehicle the way it looked with handled all the interior and exterior features. recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Stylish, comfort, and fun to drive

The Santa Cruz is a stylish, zippy, and comfortable vehicle. It has the bed space that is great for work stuff, yet it has a luxurious interior, clear and crisp stereo sound and ride quality. It is a perfect size and not oversized like todays full size trucks. It has the function of a truck but a ride like a suv or car.

Good driving vehicle with good styling. I also get lots of comments on the color I chose. The vehicle is well mannered on the road, easy to park. It has a nice review camera for backing up and parking.
