Genuinely the palisade was perfect until they messed with the seats with the software update. The update left my third row nearly non functional as the adults I carry can’t maneuver into toe third row now that the seats don’t fold down and I can’t put toddlers in the third row because I can’t get the seat to move enough to buckle them.

It’s been an adventure so far . My engine light has come on 4 times in the three months I’ve had it. 5 recalls so far. I’ve had it looked at and the dealership couldn’t find anything wrong. Now the code is saying something about the camshaft in my engine so they have it for the next few days. Hopefully, they figure out what’s wrong. It’s only three months old. Did I mention I almost crushed my daughter in the second row when I accidentally hit the all rows instead of third row only power seat button.

This is an Amazing Vehicle!

My new Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy is an amazing vehicle. It is comfortable and very responsive. I have not yet explored some of the features available through the touchscreen due to a lack of time, but I am looking forward to trying them out. I am very happy that I ended up choosing this vehicle and I am looking forward to driving it in the years to come.

This vehicle’s recall has left it worthless. Just a software update will not fix the fatality it caused, in which all owners deserve a replacement vehicle for safety reasons.

Great Family SUV

I went from a Mercedes to a Hyundai. I am so impressed with all of the bells and whistles. The ride is smooth, the seats are comfortable for my three teenagers, and so far it has been reliable. My only complaint is the unlock button on the door. 50% of the time it doesnt work and I have to take my hand off the handle then try again. The massage seat is more of a adjusting position option which I dont mind at all.

Never buying or leasing a Hyundai again

Where do I begin. Multiple saftey recalls. Poor customer service. Dealership doesn’t care. Car has no get up when you hit the gas. The truck doesn’t always close when you hit the button in the drivers seat. The gas tank is too small. Car had scratches on the hood when I purchased it, but it was a snowy day so I didn’t notice till I got home. Over all I have had this car for 3 months and I’m so disappointed I cannot wait to get out of my lease!

This was my first new vehicle purchase, and I couldn't be happier! There are plenty of features in this vehicle, and the design of the vehicle is unique and stands out in the best way.
