nice car but hyundia finance is horrible, can't talk to anyone.

Car runs great, love the car. But I have been trying to find the status of my title and it says request but was like 2 months ago, called HM finance, the automated phone system is horrible

I did receive my title. Everything looked good.

I am having trouble with my Bluelink, it keeps saying that attention is needed. I sent request in to fix it. They weren't able to fix it, so I sent another notice it. The email was undeliverable, so I sent another one in, hopping this time it will go through.

I own a black it does no wash well at all leaves lots of streaks.

Not sure wipers looks used on my Palisade was faded when purchased.

Love it but CarPlay/Apple-hate having to buy an adapter for it to work

I love this car. It’s my dream car. Couldn’t wait to get it new. I’ll stay in one forever. My second new Hyundai. However you’ve got to get the CarPlay- Apple play fixed. New phone cords are not compatible and Apple doesn’t make what is compatible anymore and having to buy a $60 adapter every few months for $50,000 car is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!!

Dealership has had the car longer than I have.

Bought the car in June, it had 16 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. On the drive home the check engine lights came on and the car began shaking and shuttering really bad. Took it back to the dealership immediately. They had it for 2 weeks and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. At about 2,000 miles, it did it again. Once again I took it back to the dealership. They’ve now had it since August. They told us there is a misfire in one of the cylinders but cannot get it fixed. This is our second Palisade because it was a great car. We are very disappointed with the new Palisade but are very impressed with the dealership.
