You get what you pay for. It is good for the price but not great.

I traded in a VW atlas for the Pallisade. I thought is was a better value as the price was less for what seemed to be a similar vehicle. Well every corner that they cut impacts that value and now I am already thinking of getting rid of it for another Atlas. The number of things that are flaking, or peeling is insane. The cargo hooks (welded metal on the Atlas) are 1/4 inch screws in plastic that fall off when you touch them. The active bolsters end up digging into my kidneys.

Very disappointed in the paint on the grill.

Love everything about the car except the painted grill. Had I known about this problem prior to purchasing I might not have purchased this model or a Hyundai product. I also own a Sante Fe.

Most Luxurious and Best Quality

I have owned 2024 and now own 2025 Hyndai Palisade Calligraphy . Over my lifetime I have driven variety of brands. My Kia and Hyndai vehicles were and are of best quality. With Callygraphy I get all the luxury for substantially less money than some of the foreign brands .Love the design and performance. .

I love my Palisade!

This is my second Palisade. I bought a 2020 SEL AWD and loved it. Drove it over 117,000 miles in 5 years so sold it and bought a 2025 SEL AWD Premium. I like the body style better than the 2026 so O got one before it was too late.

Tired of recalls

The car overall is ok. Drives nice and it’s comfortable. My issues with it are that it doesn’t have wireless apple CarPlay, when other models the same year have it. It seems to have a lot of safety recalls in the first year that I have had it, with the repairs not being easy to get. Lastly I wish that if you turned off auto stop for the engine that it stayed off until you hit the button again, all this function does in my opinion is burn out the stater with very little reduce in emissions.

Parts availability

Car was almost a year old old when defective shocks were replaced. Seat belt issue also took time to resolve

Most awesome vehicle we have ever bought!

This is one of the most comfortable vehicles we have ever owned. The room is a big seller. The captain seats are great for our trips. Being able to fold a seat down and make more room in the back is also a huge plus. The power and fuel economy are great as well. The per trip cost is lower than other vehicles in its class. The comfort features like the heated and cooled seats makes trips great in the winter and the summer. Everyone who rides in it brags on the ride and how it feels in the vehicle. Overall we would buy this again!

Love it!

We had a Sante Fe and a Tucson and decided to go down to one vehicle. After researching many SUV’s of different Mae’s and models, we decided to look at both the Palisade and Genesis. After test driving the Palisade, I didn’t even give the Genesis a chance. I fell in love with the Palisade, both inside and out. The features are incredible as is the comfort, the space inside, and the flexibility of how you can adjust the seating for various loads. The dealership also played a big role! Conicelli is the best that I’ve ever dealt with. This was the 2nd vehicle I bought from them and when it’s time, I’ll buy my next vehicle from them. Yes, they are THAT good!

Love the car, but shocks went out after 10,000 miles

I really like this car, other than the rear shock problems that started at 10,000 miles and have yet to be replaced. However, the service department and the GM at College Station Hyundai leave a bad taste in your mouth. Knowingly selling a car with a rear-suspension design flaw, and not being able to replace the parts due to parts being on back order for 8 months is insane. And them telling me it's not hurting my car to drive with messed up shocks seems like a lie. It surely will affect the safety of the vehicle if I have to do some kind of defensive driving to avoid a collision. I truly do like the car, it's comfortable and I love a lot of the features, but I'm really disappointed in the people at my local dealership.
