My palisade

I really like my Palisade. Has really nice features inside. Some of the products you feel a little cheap. I’ve had no mechanical issues at all. Just lots of recalls.

Very Nice Vehicle

Purchased this new in Jan of 2024. It is one of two vehicles driven daily and, so far, we love it. It's very comfortable and more accessories than we could hope for. With a few minor exceptions, we're extremely satisfied with the purchase. We mentioned some exceptions and they are........ the trim level we have required us to pay for a roof window which we never use. The tires are probably our biggest complaint. While they provide a nice, quiet, smooth ride they're practically worthless in any type of heavy rain as they easily hydroplane. Hyundai should improve the tires (we found this on our Sonata as well). A minor complaint is the silly Consider Taking A Break message that pops up occasionally. So far I haven't been able to disable that and will be taking the vehicle back to the dealer. Hopefully this silly feature can be turned off.

Disappointing

You the manufacturer have several recalls including rear shocks that have failed not completed/fixed. This has been several months now and no foreseen date to resolve.

I love my 2024 Palisade. Very comfortable and rides great! Gas mileage is better than I thought it would be. Very roomy interior and fits 6 adults comfortably.

Good Vehicle

Overall, we have greatly enjoyed our Palisade. There are a few areas we discovered in the door wells where the paint is thin and in the cargo area the panels are thin and not supported and one cracked. It has been quite comfortable while traveling and we enjoy the features.

have this type car for 6 years

i made my father, brother, and 2 sons-in-law buy it it has 1 big negtiv, that whan you want to turn on the interior light, the back seat stays dark; there is no light for the back

Poor service after sale

The vehicle well but we currently have two pending recalls we’ve been waiting to get serviced. We took the vehicle in February 2026 and the parts will have not come in to do the work. That’s as of July 2026.

Buy a Toyota

Multiple safety recalls, serious ones at that. Car creaks and groans at 25k miles, shifts horribly. Spend the money ans buy something else.

Overall "Decent" Car

Car is comfortable. not great gas MPG mileage, but ok. Software sucks for various reasons that the dealer couldn't resolve, nor me calling BlueLink to resolve some of their issues. Captain Seats are enjoyed by our company, better than the bench seats. ** Note: the Windshield wipers do not lift to wash the car without going thru a process for a few steps to change the software to allow it, THEN a process with steps to lock them back down.
