Palisade the family car.

Having driven this vehicle for little over two years, I am impressed with this model and Hyundai the company. They pack a lot in their cars and safety features. Technology and comfort goes hand in hand. Like all cars, it has its little flaws but so far I would be a returning customer if they continue to think outside the box and give its customers what a driving enthusiasts deserves.

I dont trust my car

I bought a 2024 hyundai palisade new at the end of July 2024 8 days after making my first payment the car started having issues with misfires. The car would shake and the check engine light would come on. Ive owned the car for a year and a half and it's been in the shop 7 times trying to fix the problem. Hyundai wont buy back the car. I wouldn't recommend hyundai to anyone who values their hard earned money!!!

Disappointed with my Palisade it is not living up to my expectations

After 1 plus year of driving the palisade I have to say it is an okay drive but I way overpaid for that ride. I’m especially disappointed with the depreciation rate. I paid around $55.000 and now I get offers from Hyundai offering me $34,500 to trade it in on a new Hyundai. A depreciation of $20,000 in 1/12 years is totally unacceptable.

I love the looks of my car and I love my car but kinda disappointed with the ride. All in all its a pretty good car. I'm not planning on replacing just because of the things that I think aren't supposed to be the way they are

2024 Palisade Cal.

Overall very satisfied with this nicely appointed vehicle. This is my third Palisade. Safety features are excellent. So far reliability has been excellent with no issues. Disappointed that door mirrors do not electronically fold in/ out. I have nappa leather seats but they are very uncomfortable and cause back leg pain on long trips. The auto massage driver seat is not helpful and causes many of the problems. Hyundai needs to work on seat comfort.

Overall nice vehicle

Well, I really love my Hyundai palisade. It currently has two recalls. The first one was back in November and just got completed this week. The second one still does not have a resolution. I find it very frustrating that the dealership said if I do not bring my vehicle up within a week, the part would go back into the system. That’s very stressful when you have to leave your vehicle for a few days and they don’t know your personal life. A little disappointed in the service we received between this dealer and another. We were also overcharged for our vehicle when we purchased it and it took months to get resolved. The dealership manager would also not speak to me. I don’t know if I would buy another Hyundai again the vehicle however rides very nice and I really enjoy my vehicle.

One of the best I have owned

I have owned two Ferraris, five Alfa Romeos, one Mercedes Benz, so I'm no stranger to quality cars. The Palisade is fantastic. The features are top notch. The reliability and dependability are among the best. It is a pleasure to drive to the store or across the country and it can carry 8' lumber. What more could you want? I have convinced two friends to buy Hyundais and they have been more than happy. Great car!!!!

Peeling paint and backordered parts :(

Honestly, I was a bit hesitant to believe the online reviews about peeling paint until it happened to me. I kept telling myself, how could that happen if it goes through several quality checks? But it does happen. My rear struts went bad within a year, and the dealer says the parts are backordered with no estimate on when they’ll be available. I’ve basically been in limbo for over three months now. How are parts for a 2024 model not available? I could understand if it were a 2004 model and the part had to be manufactured, but for a 2024? That just blows my mind. Definitely never buying a Hyundai again.

Too many bells and whistles for old people

It is a good size and comfy. There are too many bells and whistles for old people to figure out. Sometimes on highway when trying to figure out cruise control system, it will surge. Rear shocks gave out at 9000 miles. It is very comfy for long trips and holds a lot of cargo with all seats down.
