DON'T BUY! Computer fried just by sitting in my driveway for a week.

Died by sitting in my driveway for two weeks in below freezing temperatures. Not only did the battery die, but it somehow also fried the hybrid system. Would not recommend to anyone.

Loving our new Palisade Hybrid

To start, this has to be the nicest vehicle we have ever owned. We love the exterior styling and the interior is very luxurious, more so than a Cadillac we previously owned. The ride is smooth and it’s super quiet, ideal for our longer road trips. We feel the Palisade was a great value and are pleased we went with the Hybrid. The hybrid gets up and goes and the mileage is great.

Nice looks, nice ride, nice features but the turbo is insufficient

The ride and comfort in the Palisade Hybrid is very nice, as well as the amenities. However, for interstate travel, it needs more power and at least an eight-speed transmission. I was only able to get 21 mpg at interstate speeds. I'd prefer a non-turbo gasoline engine similar to the engine in the non-hybrid version paired with an eight-speed transmission rather than a six-speed.

Love the Palisade Hybrid

We really like the mileage around town, it is definitely an improvement over our Pacifica. I am also very impressed with the hybrid function in that you cannot tell when it switched between the motor, hybrid, and electric.

Good but needs some improvements

Words on the screen (radio channel, artists, cross streets, etc) are too small & too dim to read. A/C on/off link is too small & too dim to see. Hybrid battery sh be 50% larger & ECU sh be programmed to give longer elect boost when driving, thereby improving MPG.

Beautiful vehicle and very nice quiet ride

The Palisade is very quiet and has a beautiful look. It has so many high tech features but some are very confusing. The control panel is out of the line of view and I have almost had a few accidents because of this. I don’t like the dark background on the map. Doesn’t make sense to me. The ride is comfortable and we have received many compliments on the look.

Great except

The vehicle is great except for the two screens that go blank from time to time when the car is moving. Very dangerous as all of the function like cruise control, blind side warnings, and the HUD are not working.

I believe you, Hyundai made a mistake and not offering massage seats for both front passengers. The reclining seat for the passenger in the front is not particularly a safe thing to use during travel.

Comfortable but bad QC. Mismatch panel but dealer cannot source part. Brand new vehicle mismatch exterior panels.
