The car has been unreliable because of numerous issues such as the horn not working, engine misfiring that took two weeks to fix and other issues.

Great value

I love my Hyundai and have been driving them for years. They are very reliable and stylish. I get many complements on my car, especially the gray color. Great first car or a car for someone who would not need to utilize the backseat or trunk much.

My Kona

I knew when I purchased the car that it was not the top of the line. But I didn't realize it was the bottom of the barrel. My biggest complaint is the seat coverings...they spot when even a little water is spilled on them. It has a kickback when I sit at a light but service can't find the problem It's embarrassing with guests. I hope the new service complex will be more user friendly with less wait time & more amenities.

The Kona delivers

This vehicle does everything well. It also has a great Harman Kardon sound system and more than sufficient power due to the 1.6L turbocharged engine. It’s reasonably quiet, comfortable on The road and delivers decent gas mileage. All in all, I think this car Delivers above its price range. And the warranty speaks for itself, As does the complimentary service program.

2023 Kona Limited review.

Overall a good fun vehicle to drive with the turbo. Reliability had below average with transmission issues. Vehicle has oil leaks that dealer service can't seem to fix.

Dependable and comfortable

Good gas mileage and comfortable. Trips longer than five miles get a little uncomfortable due to bucket seats.

I have enjoyed the issues with follow up care reminders for the car. The clerk in the service department took me out to lecture me about my being rude. I talk loud, I am an educated black woman who worked 30 years at a university, I know how to talk to and can hold a conversation.

The car is okay, I can't rave about it. Had problems with the internet had to keep resetting the settings. The app is great showed me if my door and etc were locked, where my car was located in a parking lot. Not very comfortable seating, and very small trunk.

Car was bought brand new in 2023. The only noticeable issue is the two rack mounts on the top of the car have the finish flaking off of them. They have never been used to hold a roof mount, they are just deteriorating.
