My Kona

I Love my 2023 Kona. I had a 2020 Kona, loved the color of my 2020 Kona, Thunder Grey. This car/smallSUV, is easy to get in and out. The "alert " for driving over the line, stopping, or getting in the other lane has saved me a few times. The gas milage around town is really good. The salesman at Cochran's in Monroeville, Pa. is an amazing Salesmen. He knows what I like, and he always has my best interest as his first priority. He listens. I've leased about 6 Hyundais from him.

Kona Top Car

I love my Kona. I wish there were a button to open and close the trunk, but the car has a large trunk and very comfortable seats. I will lease another Kona when my lease is up. Being higher up than in a regular car gives me great sight lines. I have leased several Hyundai cars and have been extremely happy.

Hate my car

I kind of felt like I was pressured and rushed into getting a car. I didn’t realize that I could have extended my old lease. I did not like this car from the day I pulled out of the lot. It was nothing like my other Kona. I never got rugs so the carpet tore underneath my feet. I didn’t. It hesitated. I just did not like this car. The fact that I paid $100 more a month kills me. I can’t afford it and I’m driving the car that I can’t afford that I don’t like and I’m very very upset and the fact that I didn’t realize I could have just bought out the other car. It would’ve been better for me. I loved that car

Nice Vehicle

I have had the 2023 Hyundai Kona for almost 3 years now and I really like it. It is comfortable and drives well. I feel safe and I have not had an issues with the vehicle. I had a baby during my time of owning this vehicle and there is not enough space in the car with a car seat.

Good vehicle but warrantee dos not work overseas

Baught vehicle for my government tour in Germany. Hyundai dealerships will not honor warrantee because vehicle was manufactured and purchased in the U.S. Also, BlueLink cannot be concerted to work overseas in Germany. The only reason I purchased a new car was for the Warrantee. Hyundai, and international company, should have a program to honor warrantees at all Hyundai dealerships around the world.

Safe drive, good on gas mileage

I purchased my Kona new in 2023. I wish I would have waited to be able to afford a newer model with the features I was looking for. I do enjoy how the car drives, especially on the highway and it does get really good gas mileage.

Convenient

Good for mileage for small suv. Roomy and could fit Costco order comfortably. Dog appreciated. Easy to clean. Shiny. Full of bells and whistles. Can go far on full tank of gas and beyond. Like reminder to fill up.

Mechanically reliable. Technologically simply and barely adequate.

Runs good. Not so good noise abatement when traveling at highway speeds. Android Auto interface not user friendly and very unpredictable. Onboard Wi-Fi overpowers any other Wi-Fi devices such as dash cam.

Love my Kona

Reliable comfortable fun to drive economical on gas, what’s not to love. It was very reasonable to purchase and has continued to give me pleasurable driving experiences. The seats are comfortable, it holds a Costco load of purchases and I still love it after two years.

Very nice vehicle!

I have truly enjoyed my two years with the Kona. A reliable and dependable vehicle. I replaced a Mercedes with this vehicle, and am glad for my decision, as the cost of maintenance of a Mercedes was overwhelming. $1,600 for a windshield wiper motor? Yikes! Plus regular versus premium gas.

The car has been a problem from the beginning.

Hyundai has not stood by their product. I still do not take it on long distance driving due to a cruise control issue. Last visit I was told that the fuel jets needed to be cleaned, air filter changed and the battery terminals cleaned with no proof.

No Problems

Ride is fine, acceleration very good, nice big screen and has the no hands bluetooth apple play so very easy to operate. Mine came with the free oil change and tire rotation and that helps. Furthermore I added the all wheel drive and heated seats to ease the difficulties of winter in Northern Illinois. So if possible a slight lengthening of the cargo would help.

Love it Built with quality very satisfied.

Excellent Hyndai Kona I recommend the Kona it’s very reliable and gas mileage is great. We enjoy our Kona and excited that we bought it our family and friends ask if we recommend the Hyndai Kona and we tell them all yes buy one today go see our salesman Parsha he’s the best and very knowledgeable, respectful, kind treat his customers like a person not like a number Thank you Parsha one day you will be a great General Sales Manager!

More power next time

The vehicle overall is excellent I purchased the Kona N-Line but would have payed more for a Kona N if it came with AWD unfortunately I had to settle for less. As someone who has owned 2 Hyundais prior to my Kona my decision came down to not wanting to leave the brand to VW for the Golf R. Hyundai do better with your N vehicles

Happy to be the Ownah of a Kona

The Kona is Fun to drive, easy to park. It gets great gas mileage around 30 miles per gallon. I love the safety alert when backing up and changing lanes- The Apple car play is awesome- GPS is easy to use and a great navigation tool.

Not worth the money

A decent vehicle. But not worth its price. the starter went and had to be replaced after owning it only 1 year 7 months. I also must say, a survey requiring me to type a specific amount of characters is just asking for more bad news,

Nothing but good things to say about my Kona.

Kona meets or exceeds all my needs. Runs and drives well and is as comfortable as my SUV. Free service and outstanding warranty add to the value of my car. Excellent gas mileage and safety and comfort features are appreciated. Very well equipped little car.

My experience was good until a month ago.

My car has 44,000 miles and was purchased new. The transmission needs to be replaced and there is no timeline for when it will be replaced. I have not had my car for over 3 weeks and do not know when it will be fixed.
