So far so good

Had vehicle 2 yrs no issues. Avgerage 33 miles per gallon on trip to Florida. Handles well in heavy rain & snow. Like the full time four wheel drive. Driver assist features (lane assist) back up camera, blind spot warning, cross traffic warning and heated mirrors all a great help.

engine given bad rating my wife wont travel any distance because she is worried about having engine problems after we brought the car there was a recall because the engine. We brought the car to the dealership and they said it was ok. We heard alot of the 2.0 engines had to be replaced.

I did a lot of research before settling on the Kona. Great value for the money. Great on gas, and the AWD is fantastic in a New England winter. I replaced a Subaru Impreza with the Kona and find the Kona much more comfortable to drive.

This car hasent performed as promised . Very noisy , rough ride Slow , small , tight and terrible on the Highway The sound system is terrible . The speakers are like a tin cans The overall enjoyment of this car is poor

I just really love this vehicle model. It’s stylish, affordable, great on gas, beautiful blue color, accessible car controls, that it’s the perfect size for what I need, and whole bunch more! It’s great in the winter too.

Problem free for three

The 2020 Kona was my first experience with a Hyundai vehicle which made me slightly apprehensive. This feeling was dispelled quickly and has not returned once in the last 31 months. I would say that this Kona has been one of the best, most consistent and reliable vehicles I have ever owned/leased. I trust the brand so much now that I leased a new Venue for my daughter to drive away to college for her freshman year this fall.

Very peppy car and the green makes it easy to find in a parking lot

The car is easy to drive and in Sport Mode, it really takes off. At first, I was looking for a blue car - my favorite color. But the green was all they had in stock that I would consider. I am so glad that I got this color - it is so easy to find in a mall parking lot. My wife has a gray Santa Fe and it seems that every one has a gray SUV making it difficult to find her car some days.

Good small awd car

Great little AWD car handles great. Road noise could be improved. The back seat is cramped but I knew that when I purchased. Seats can be a little stiff especially on long trips. Over all great small car

Love my leased Kona

In year two of lease and considering buy out, pleased with lease. It has been reliable, easy to drive, and the scheduled maintenance at Nashua Hyundai is exceptional. You cannot get better value than a Hyundai.

Hyuandai is not always willing to help

While my vehicle works now, that was not always the case. A recall issue caused my vehicle to leave me stranded when the vehicle's engine would constantly die. My dealership tried their best to help me with my issue but Hyundai was not easy to work with. When we would call them, they seemed to give me the run around and always said that I needed to speak with a different department even though I directed to them by the department they tried to send me to. I was left with my vehicle being being unreliable for over a month and then when the dealership was allowed to fix the recall issue, it took over 2 months. Again not blaming my dealership and I understand there was a suppy shortage for parts at the time. But Hyundai itself was not easy to work with. But after all that my vehicle is working and is pretty great for the price I paid for it (minus the whole breakdown thing).

Loved my Kona SE

Only had it for just over a year before it was totalled in a head on collision with an impaired driver, but I loved the car...especially the surf blue color. It was fun to drive and very safe. More air bags than any other vehicle I've ever owned.

Love my Kona

The safety features are the best in a vehicle that I have ever owned. I have owned 5 Toyotas new and 2 Fords new, and they just not compare to the Kona. This vehicle also handles on the snow and ice very well.

Great style with great performance

The Kona is a great looking car with great maneuverability. Fun to drive around town and easy to park in tight parking spaces. U-turns are a breeze. Great ride on the freeways too. Plenty of trunk space for shopping trips too. Very happy with this car after driving a Mini Cooper Hardtop Coupe for 8 years.

We love the Kona and it’s sportiness and fuel economy. It is fun to drive and we bought the loaded version (Ultimate). Although the selection wasn’t that great, we found one that was a close second (interior and exterior colors)

Very nice small SUV type hatchback vehicle with a decent amount of storage space for the size of the vehicle. Seats are comfortable. Drives very nicely, gets excellent gas mileage, and is loaded with features at this trim level.

Repair is rare.

Except for regular maintenance, I have only visited the Service Department when I ran against a curb and blew a tire. They replaced the tire the next day due to it not being in stock. I am on my 5th Hyundai due to its reliability and more features as standard rather than options.

Love my kona

I love my kona. It’s a good size for me, not too big, not too small. Gas mileage is good, love the seat warmers, easy to handle. Trunk area is a bit small especially if you don’t put the back seats down. Overall a good small suv

A Great Car with Poor MPG and rough ride!

A great car with awesome pickup and handling, BUT very poor gas MPG way below published limits and the car rides very rough and stiff. If it wasn’t for the poor MPG and stiff ride it would be the perfect small SUV.

Love my Kona. Nice style and great on gas.

I wanted a good looking car - one with style - and the Kona is it. It's great to drive and everyone loves the look. It parks easily and has ample room for groceries and other shopping goods. And it has great pick up and can easily keep up with traffic on highways. Had an Elantra before but love the Kona even more!
