Surprised Me

At leased my Hyundai Ioniq 6 because I wasn’t sure if I’d like it. It turns out I absolutely love it everything about it from its look, to the comfortable seats, to the heads up display, to the lane assist ,to the Blindspot notification, to the self adjusting cruise control. I absolutely love everything about this vehicle!

Needs hatchback option

Would like to see this car with squared off hatch with Palisade design language. This would add a tremendous amount of usable cargo area.

Almost perfect

I love driving this car so much. The range efficiency, the ride, space and the looks is different. With that said there not to say there are not things I would change.

Love the car, but some minor improvements needed

The rear camera does not work well at night due to the light bar, and any time it is wet it really reflects the light from the light bar badly, giving bad visibility. There should be an option to temporarily (and easily/quickly) disable the lane-keeping technology for a short period of time. This would be really useful in construction zones and areas where the road is not properly marked. I had the car automatically try to adjust to the lane and scratched up my rims on a curb on one such occasion. A similar function should be possible for the collision warnings (when parking in my garage the collision noises are constantly going off and it is very distracting). Also would be useful in drive thru. There needs to be more control of the fan settings for the A/C. Setting 1 is too high after general temperature has been reached, half of the speed of 1 would be a welcome improvement. When going from reverse into drive, at slow speeds, the screen stays on the backup camera. This is frustrating when trying to follow directions on android auto / maps and ensure you are turning the right direction to start your journey. You can press the home screen but that shouldn't be required, and even sometimes the home button is greyed out. More customization of the UI of the infotainment screens, including different themes, would be great. I believe there are some available in other countries but we should have some options. The material in the center console where the window and lock buttons are is covered in a terrible rough material. It's extremely hard to clean. This is probably one of the biggest "mistakes" with the car overall that I have noticed, I am not sure there is any reasonable rationale for that type of finish in that area.

Good car that rides and handles well. I am happy with the interior and options. I am disappointed by the lack of OTA updates. The updates were a selling feature when I purchased, but there have been 0 updates.

Good EV Overall. Could use some design revisions.

Great car in terms of comfort and performance. Certain features, like walk-away doorlocks, a standard sunroof, and power passenger side front seats would make for a better experience.

Luxury EV at ordinary price

This is a quiet, comfortable, full-featured, well-handling EV sedan. I preferred it to a Tesla for both political reasons and for its not relying so much on the touchscreen for controls.
