Great value

Love everything EXCEPT some of your so-called "safety features". Most of the vibration warnings need to go. In Houston, we put our turn signal on to indicate that we WANT to change lanes - not that we're going to change lanes right now. Nonetheless, the car starts vibrating if a car is in our blind spot - even if our wheels stay straight & we stay in our lane. That unnecessary vibration triggers, at least for some people like me, frustration & anger - both of which are distractions that create unsafe conditions.

Took them 10 months to find the issue I was telling them about the right wheel bearing , I had came in February and march of 2025 a total of 4-5 times for the same issue. It was now finally done when I had a coolant leak. Loan vehicle was disgusting it was very filthy and dirty.

Solid car

We liked the Elantra styling and interior. Nice ride. Since the front end was only 8 inches from the ground , it scraped every time we went out of the driveway. We ended up trading the vehicle in because of that one significant detail with the car. Otherwise , we would have kept it!

Absolutely great vehicle

I wasn't in the market for all of the bells and whistles, I wanted a basic car. This car is anything but basic and has just about everything you could want! I have had it for over a year and put 18000 miles on it with zero issues. My only complaint is that it has heated seats but no heated steering wheel, and that there is no low wiper fluid warning. Other than that I love it. The price was amazing, the car drives and rides great and the warranty is fantastic. I recommended it to my brother and he bought the exact same one! Pretty sure my kid is buying one as well.

Used Elantra from HYUNDAI McGovern Brockton (Poor Customer Service)

Gas costs are becoming a concern due to frequent travel (the car burns through a lot of gas). Additionally, the exterior and safety cameras are unreliable and often malfunction in rain or snow, affecting monitoring and safety.

Not worth it

I ended up getting into a car accident, the car ended up being totaled., and none of the airbags went off. Never received adjustment handle for passenger side seat after contacting and talking to dealership multiple times.

The car is constantly having to be taken in for repairs. Ac camera battery just constantly having to be taken in for Warrenty repairs. Once I break even on trade I’ll be trading in.

It's a new car, that's it

Tuny back window you can't see out with the rear view mirror. Too many blind spots. My heater vents don't even blow air out! If there is a spec of water on the BACK camera, I cannot use cruise control or ANY other safety features! That's insane! Has I known, I would have went Toyota.
