Pieces disconnecting

So for starters I bought this car brand new, it had 0 miles, legit came off the truck with all the plastics still on it. Over time I started to notice some pieces were coming off, the plastic part of the steering wheel for example and a plastic part of the rear window started to lift, took it to the dealer and they said the part on the window was due to the plastic warping and they replaced it, have yet to resolve the steering wheel however, also you can hear the wind while driving so it seems like your door or window isn’t closed all the way, but they are so idk what’s with that, overall I love the car, I do wish that it came with the black set of rims but that’s on me. Otherwise for the sleekness and the speed that this car goes up to, it’s great and I love it dearly

A cheap fun daily driver

It gets the job done

It’s okay! It drives and the guided driving is the best part but it isn’t anything luxurious and it’s a quite long vehicle (something I didn’t realize) but gets great gas. Has carried me safely!

Great driving vehicle...comfortable, quiet, smooth steering.

I love everything about this vehicle except for the interaction with the guided driving system. There is an incredibly annoying warning that interrupts the car audio and whatever you are doing if your car strays from exactly in the mioddle of a lane. They are doing construction on the interstate that i travel on and the warning system is constantylyu suggesting that i am tired and need to take a break. I have looked everywhere for a way to turn it off and all i have found is a full online community of people discussing this same issue. EVERYTHNIG ELSE about this car is fantastic. Driving it is a pleasure, but the warnings are driving me crazy!!

Great warranty but poor quality otherwise

Previously owned Elantra was much better. Bought another but disappointed with transmission issues, very poor quality of exterior panels. Fit/finish lacking in quality. Have to get inside to open trunk. Too much road noise. Underpowered. Touch screen doesn’t respond well to touch - have to press down.

Good value

My family members usually recommend buying Toyota/lexus (used), but buying a new Hyundai seemed better. Many desirable options, performs well, and I get to maintain it properly from day one, so plan on keeping for a long time. Only drawback are the stock tires which weren’t so good in winter conditions - replaced with Vredestein Quatrac Pro which are night and day difference.

Request for Urgent Attention – Paint Issue (Complaint No. 1234567)

Dear Hyundai Customer Care Team, I am writing to express my concern regarding an unresolved issue with my Hyundai vehicle purchased on 5th October 2024. Within less than a year of purchase, I have noticed paint issues on the front hood and the top portion of the car. I can see several paint dots and imperfections that are unusual for a new vehicle. I raised a complaint on 13th October 2025 with the authorized Hyundai dealer, and it was registered under Complaint No. 1234567. However, there has been no update or corrective action taken. It appears that the issue has been neglected, and no one has taken ownership to resolve it. This experience has been quite disappointing, as I trusted Hyundai for its quality and after-sales service. It is concerning that such an issue is not being addressed seriously, especially within the warranty period. I request your urgent intervention to ensure a thorough inspection and appropriate resolution of the paint issue under warranty. I look forward to a positive and timely response from your side.
