So far, so good
I've had my 2014 Elantra GT since February 2015. So far, except for replacing the brake switch a couple of times under warranty, the vehicle has been very reliable. Most disappointing features of the car was the road noise, factory tires and sound system; however, I've since replaced the tires with Michelin Premier which has helped the road noise and handling of the car, as well as add a small subwoofer to improve the sound system. I've put over 40K miles in 17 months since I drive a lot in my work. The many features such as remote start, navigation, power seat, panoramic sunroof, etc. has added a level of comfort to my many hours spent in this car. I would recommend anyone looking for a small hatchback with good gas mileage (I get 30-36 MPG regularly) to consider the Elantra GT.
