Subtle Ride , luxurious Interior… substandard customer service!

My experience with the Genesis GV 80 has been mixed. I traded in a 2023 Audi Q7 premium plus to step into a 2025 GB 3.5 prestige I was looking for a more comfortable and plush ride and a change from German styling after taking delivery of the truck I started to have issues with my screen. The Apple CarPlay in the Truck has been a complete nightmare, static music drop calls and a very long laggy input. I feel as though the truck is a bit over engineered. After my experience, dealing with connected services, customer services and the service department and corporate. I’m confident in saying that I would not recommend anyone to purchase a Genesis right now. My truck has been in Service for eight days and they will be changing the head unit the level of respect I was treated with by customer service via corporate headquarters was abysmal

Best car I have ever owned

I have owned a lot of nice cars - Jaguars, Lexus, BMWs, Acuras, etc. My Genesis stands out for it's beautiful and bold style, its comfort, the quiet ride and the ease of operating the digital aspects of the car.

Good value for Money

I find the Genesis excellent value compared to Audi, BMW, or Mercedes. The styling is great and the ride is soft. The only drawback is the lack of personalized key settings—so each driver’s preferences (e.g., husband/wife) don’t auto-adjust with their key. Aside from that, it’s a brilliant product.

Best Ride Ever

The GV80 lives up to the advertisement. I have no regrets purchasing this vehicle. My 8 year old Grandson is the best salesman for this car. Everyone who gets in it he tells them all to f the features he’s aware about of. Previously I drove the Lexus RX350 and according to him there’s no comparison.

An 11 out of 10 vehicle and experience!

Love the new Genesis models. Purchased a GV80 and LOVE IT! Love the included maintenance for 3 years and the fact they pick it up and leave me a loner. Genesis of Wichita in Wichita, KS is the absolute best as well. Beautiful brand new facility and GREAT customer service. I highly recommend them!

Beautiful car, inside and out

Outstanding vehicle. 2 years ago we bought my wife’s GV70 and I absolutely loved driving it. So when my 2024 Acura MDX Type S left me stranded, I decided I needed to get rid of it and looked at Mercedes, and Genesis. I love my new GV80 Coupe.

Would be a 5 star ⭐️ vehicle if it gave better gas mileage

It’s a great vehicle overall, however the gas mileage is terrible. Compared to other vehicles in its class it needs a lot of improvement with the gas mileage

Luxury at its best

Elegance on wheels. Comfort, quiet, smooth and more room than you can imagine. The features are perfect just about anything you could imagine you have at your finger tips. The options for the driver are amazing and in the proper place for the driver to see yet keeping their eyes on the road. I have never been in such a well designed car inside and out. The room for my passengers is wonderful, I don't have to adjust my seat up to give the back passengers more room. If you want room I highly recommend the GV80 the difference in room from the GV70 is amazing. I also like that when you see a Genesis coming down the road you know automatically what it is, there is no confusion over another model of car that it is. It is style, grace and class inside and out.
