Not good
When buying a $73,000 you want a dealership you can trust. It’s a large investment and when you’re lied to it tells you, you’re a number not a valued customer. And before you purchase the car they call you with updates on when your car would be in but once the papers are signed those returns calls don’t happen when you are asking about your floor mats for that $73,000 SUV that came with a $4000.00 markup above the MSRP.
I guess as long as the dealership makes money the hell with the consumer.

Good Experience with a Car Dealership
I drove to Hoover to purchase our new GV80, and it is an amazing vehicle! I was surprised in how well Tameron Hyundai took care of me, and even more impressed with Mark Hodgson! He is a very nice and knowledgeable salesman! He made sure that everything went smoothly, and answered any question that I could throw at him. His follow-up and help with simple questions after the purchase are extremely helpful. A great salesman, and a great representative for Tameron and Genesis!

Great dealership
The seller was great in taking his time to go through the test drive, teaching me the new car features and preparing the vehicle for me to drive away. Their interest rate through financing is also great.

Overall im satisfied with my vehicle.
Dealership wise, make sure you and the salesman are clear on whatever you are negotiating. Definitely pay close attention to your paperwork at signing , especially the financial part..

Initial pricing offer was totally unsatisfactory
I called and declined the first offers and walked away with no intention of purchasing the car. Had they not called me back and got more realistic with the pricing, i would not have returned or had further contact.
