Car is a lemon

Horrible experience with Genesis company. The car didn’t run correctly, rattled and auto braked. Genesis was unable to fix the car and constantly lied about the issues. I am incredibly happy to no longer have the car. I have had a few electrics and this is the worst car ever.

Best EV Ever!

This is my third EV. First was a BMW i3...a great but limited car (short range and very small). Second was an Audi Q4....dull. This car is feature laden, has been bulletproof after 23,000+ miles. There have been a couple recalls that were handled by my dealer's concierge service. I never noticed any of the issues prior to the recalls.

For a EV car. This is the car to buy for the charging speed, comfort, style and reliability. The torque on this car is unbelievable and the handling is great. I get asked about this car all the time and get asked multiple questions about the charging time and distance.

I was informed that there was an issue with the ICCU. In May and June, the dealership performed inspections related to the car not entering driving mode after an update, and I was told that the ICCU inspection was passed. However, in July, the battery warning sign came on, and after checking, I was informed that there was an ICCU issue. After being told that the repairs were completed, I picked up the car, only to find that the cameras were not working. I returned to the dealership within 10 minutes, and I was then told that the cameras were not functioning due to the ongoing battery issue.

Great car

It looks great, it's comfortable and we love the BOOST button. We get a lot of compliments on it and made people aware of nice electric vehicles on the market. The quilted chairs feel very comfortable and they look great. I highly recommend this car.

Annoying vibration

I like the car very much. Dissatisfied that the car vibrates when driving over 60. Dissatisfied that digital key does not work. Breaks started making squeaking sound last month. Digital key only works for a few weeks. To many issues for a brand new luxury car.

Great car, beautiful styling, great ride

Almost the perfect EV. An additional 20% range would be desirable. One annoying problem that I'm sure Genesis will fix eventually (the charging port overheats at 48A and automatically reduces accepted current and prolongs charging time; charging does complete successfully overnight - its just annoying...).

GV60 great Car, terrible dealerships

Car was home delivered damaged, refused to correct or take the car back. Was told "very liberal turn in policy, so don't worry". Not what I expected from a "luxury brand", total damaged estimate was $14.5k (including 3 curbed wheels). I think this will probably be our last Genesis, dealerships are too much Hyundai and not what we are used to with other higher end dealerships.

My GVC60

I purchased my 2023 GV60 just as they were coming on the market. I love the exterior and interior design and color combination. The quality of the car is excellent . The car performs well both in town and on the highway. The safety features are outstanding. I had considered the Cadillac Lyric but found this car superior with all that it offered. The service from the dealers has been fantastic. I receive compliments on it from strangers while out. I highly recommend this car if you are looking for an electric vehicle that is stylish , excellent safety features, gives you all the bells and whistles for a high end vehicle.

Great car

Quirky exterior, but a great car. Much larger inside than expected and very comfortable. Size of an SUV, but drives like a car. Straight line performance is great, but it excels in comfortable cruising. The only improvement that could be recommended is the awkward trunk hatch design with bad visibility, and oversized wheels.

Beautiful car with outstanding power

My first electric car and Genesis made my decision exceptional. From the dealership experience and the personalized service Global provided, I am more than happy. The GV60 is powerful and beautiful. I truly feel like a King when driving. The features are spectacular and the sound system is wonderful.

First and last Genesis

Car has been great HOWEVER the lack of service locations and in inability to use the valet BENEFIT means this was my first and last genesis. I even considered moving my car to 2nd home and had a worse experience at that service center. Help desk offered no solutions and now I am forced to drive over 1 hour each way for service. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Excellent vehicle and brand. Dealer service outstanding. Have enjoyed driving the vehicle very much over the past year. It is my daily driver. Has significant storage space, easy to park, fun to drive and nice to have a vehicle that is not that commonly seen

I love this car

Great Luxury car. It's got a great exterior style, turns heads. It's rare enough to be unusual, in a good way. It handles very well, is nearly silent on the road and the interior is extremely comfortable. The interior is roomy and very luxurious. Some of the appointments are killer... like the glove 'drawer'. Tech is great, but can be klugie at times. Service and dealerships should meet the luxury standard. They don't, as they are mostly Hyundai dealers / service centers.

This car has become the family's favorite car to ride in and travel anywhere, so smooth, fantastic modern appointments and technical features. The only one hiccup is charging ability during warm days and the need to charge at a lower throttled rate, that flaw needs to be fixed to make it a flawless vehicle
