Review of my 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat

The vehicle handles nicely ! The GPS system is WOW. While you are driving in dense traffic where various highways & interstates are coming & going -- The GPS screen goes to two views. It shows the road you are on one half of the screen and the second half it shows your turn on the other half which includes the road signs on the interchange. This second view is similar to a picture as to what you actually see as the driver if you follow the GPS directions.

The F is the best!

Nothing but F150"s in my stable! The twin turbo makes is fast as he'll yet the gas mileage is incredibly great! So if you want to be able to carry a lot feel comfortable and safe buy you the best selling Ford F150!

2018 Ford F-150 diesel

A very capable truck and is suited for what I needed it most for: commuting and light hauling. The diesel is an expensive option but it delivers average 26 MPG all day and I have averaged nearly 30 MPG on the highway; heavy loads or steep hills expect about 22 MPG. Very quiet for a diesel as well. Plenty of kidding from people when they realize it is a diesel "doesn't sound like one". Very, very comfortable ride for a full-size truck.

F-150 Limited

Love this truck. The build quality and features exceed the other brands. Ford has features that the other manufactures do not even offers. This is the reason Ford is number one in sales for all of these years. The others don't even come close.

2018 Ford F-150 crewcab

I have enjoyed driving my new pickup. I previously drove an F-350 Dually Crewcab. The F150 has pulled a 26 foot camping trailer. the 10 speed transmission with it's various mode pulled the trailer easily. The transmission provided braking on descents. I would seriously recommend rear view outside mirrors that extend.

Too many gadgets

All I wanted in a truck is standard transmission, four wheel drive, power windows and doorlocks and an am/fm/cd player. Don't need backup camera, don't need to know the temperature of my transmission, don't want to constantly be asked if I want to upgrade the software. The fuel economy readout is cute, but if I can't download the data to a spreadsheet, it is useless.

Great truck, rides pretty nice for truck, comfortable. 5.0 engine gets pretty gas mileage for a large vehicle 18-23 mpg. Depending on driving.

Best half ton truck I have ever owned.

My 2018 F-150 3.5 Ecoboost is hands down one of my favorite trucks ever. It has awesome capabilities and fuel economy to boot. It smokes the competition.

The Best

The 2018 F150 I can honestly say is an excellent truck. Towing my trailer with it is effortless. The truck is in a class by itself. There is no competition when it comes to this truck. Fun and reliable.

Quality.

Very disappointed in the overall quality of my F150. I have had 6 new ones and this is the worst by a long margin. I am considering Dodge Ram for my next new truck. They offer more combinations of wheels and accessories. Ford used to give you something as incentives to buy. [nice wheels, raised white letters on the tires, little things], now you get nothing. the aluminum body is very disappointing, Dents at the slightest contact with just about anything. Military grade my ass. Ford surely went down in quality. I've had a new F150 96, 99, 03,08.13 and now 2918 so I know a little bit about it.

F150 only buy in a warm climate

Love everything about the vehicle except the doors freeze up and won't open and then when I get them to open they won't close. What a bummer. The dealer is trying hard to make it right, but Ford really messed this one up. So when it is above freezing everything is great, let it get down into the teens, not so good!!! It has Ford Recall on it for the doors.

A lot of plastic, stingy on safety equipment

F150 supercrew xlt 4x4 3.5l ecoboost with offroad and towing packages. Fuel economy is good when driven conservatively. They dont add the newer safety features that you now find on most cars until you pay $10-20k for platinum or king ranch-type levels. Tows very well compared to my last 2 v8 trucks.
