Service Department - Horrible!!
Eddy Vellega, Service Department Manager, did not have authorization to perform any work that was not covered by the warantee on my 2015, Hyundia Sonata. I had given him my cellphone number as well as my home telephone number to advise me of the status of my repair. I never received a call to advise me the estimate of charges. Nor when my service was complete. When I called back at approximately 5:15p.m., he said "oh yeah, it ready".....They never informed me.
Also after paying $450.76, the new car porter could not find my car. It took over 40 minutes to locate.

Sales Unorganized and No Customer Service
On July 24 set an appointment for July 25th to see a used car. Did prep work on line to see if interest in a trade-in. They were. I live 2 hours away. Dealt with Lee, Internet Manager and Izabelle (she was very kind). Lee did not reply to 2 emails to confirm trade-in. Received email morning of the 25th to confirm appointment, I confirmed and they also confirmed the appointment. Arrived and was introduced to Sales, Mike. Mike searched for the car to only find out it was at a body shop 20 minutes away. He set it up and I drove there to look at the car. The only apology came from Mike when I was at the dealership. I then confirmed with Mike I was still interested. Mike confirmed he would let me know when the car would be back in and Izabelle followed up. The car was to be at the dealership today or tomorrow. I heard nothing and now the car is posted as sold.

Very unprofessional and inappropriate
I previously purchased a vehicle from this location in 2019. I had no complaints about the customer service or the car buying experience. Forward to a few months ago, I was in the market to buy a new car and wanted to stay in the Hyundai family. After a somewhat lengthy process due to numerous factors, I drove off with a car and was very pleased with the vehicle but not the experience. Finance Manager Allen was extremely unprofessional. In Allen’s office he was asking extremely intrusive questions that were not related to the vehicle or purchase of the vehicle. After I left the dealership Allen continued to call me, send pictures and text me off of his personal phone number. After several attempts of asking me out on dates and offering me items and receiving no response, the following week he calls me saying the finance company will not finance me. I understood and he told me he will work on it and we will be in touch.
The harassment continued and I was receiving texts and calls again off of his personal phone number. I finally responded and told him to have the lender contact me moving forward as they were and for him to not continue to contact me.
After roughly three months of not hearing from Allen I walk outside my home to find the vehicle removed from my possession.
No forms of contact were made, a phone call nor an email. I would have given the vehicle back had I known they were not able to finance me. I do think this was all handled extremely poorly and that Allen’s behavior needs to be reprimanded.
I have made several attempts to speak to the “general manager Jeremy” about this entire situation and I still have yet to receive a call. I am also eagerly attempting to get my $1000 down payment returned to me and have had no luck sadly. I call everyday and get transferred to the “finance department” and then I am sent to voicemail. I hope upper management will reach out in regards to this manner.

jeremy Gleason is a liar
I was given a price for a new Elantra from their business development person (their name) and was promised this was the best price. I drove 45 miles, couldn't find parking at this ancient place and went in to be approached by John Samhan who had french fries in one hand and a mask hanging from his face. We sat down and i was immediately pressured if I was there to buy a car. I explained that i had a price, wanted to see and drive the car and was ready to go. The price i was given over the phone now had a delivery fee of 995.00 and 1495.00 for other features they added. I explained I didnt want or need the extra stuff and was ready to buy at the price I was given. Nope. Cant sell it for that price. This is where Jeremy Gleason come in. Complete liar and con man. This is the General Manager? General con man and liar.
Stay away from this store. Their prices are not real. I feel sorry for the people that fall for this crap. I plan to scream from the mountain tops about this store and how thay do business.
