Better Late Than Never!
The entire process to repair my engine was a struggle. It took a little 4 months to complete. My service manager kept me informed through the entire process so besides the timing of it all it was a good experience

Went in for an oil change and never got the service done.
I made An appointment to get my oil change, when I arrived to pick my car up nothing had been done to my car. I left and came back but they said We fix your recall when I was told over the phone they didn’t have any appointments available to do a recall. I was supposed to be getting my oil change it didn’t happen and my oil was low which let me know they not even checking the cars out!

Our experience at McGrath City Hyundai service department was prompt and professional throughout. We were immediately personally greeted by 'Eddie' the service rep who who was polite and patient with our Hyundai service needs and requests. He took the time to thoroughly explain the service details and provide an appropriate completion time. The vehicle issues were expertly completed, washed and ready ahead of schedule. As yet another example of complete attention to detail, we were also interviewed by Mr. Chris Capparelli, the head of the service department. 'Chris' went over the entire service details to assure that McGrath had met all our needs, a true and sincere example of complete customer satisfaction. Their proficient service along with the one-on-one concerned follow-up by management directly serves as acknowledgment of McGrath's continued expert performance and customer fulfilment of personal satisfaction from sales to service. Sad, sometimes that just 1or 2 service department employees can ruin an otherwise great company's reputation.
More concern for promised vehicle service satisfaction and customer service, including appointments, parts and promised waiting time needs an 'overhaul.'
