18 year old minivan
The first time I used Lincoln Wilson was when I was pasted by a hit and run. The first few places I took it to (which was hard to do with a bent strut and other damage) said they didn’t have the time or equipment. Lincoln Wilson gave me an estimate after a tour of the damage while it was up on the lift. Yesterday the water pump died and took down the power steering and alternator with it. I called Lincoln Wilson from Bridgeport and had the car towed to their shop. Traffic was horrible and the place was closed by the time I arrived but they had made arrangements with me for overnight parking. Long story short they called me the next morning with a reasonable estimate and I gave them the go ahead. They had it ready by 1:00 the following afternoon. Purring like new.

Great and Friendly Service
Called yesterday for an appointment to have my alignment checked out, I was seen the next day early. Came in, left my car and it was ready within a few hours. Nin, was helpful and courteous. I will definitely be going back

Quick Oil Change

Super Quick Service
I brought my Audi A4 in to replace burned out headlights at 8 AM on a Monday morning without an appointment. I got the call that the work was complete at 9 AM! Incredibly quick and friendly service at a reasonable cost.

2011 Acura under LWS care
It's been a couple years since I ditched the dealer maintenance when the showed me a maintenance estimate that was more than the car's value. I searched Yelp for recommendations and went to Lincoln Wilson. Suffice it to say, the car needed lots of attention after 120K miles, but these guys knew what it needed and what it didn't. I came in today to get a replacement bulb (that cannot be replaced without expert skill) and asked for help with wonky alarm system. I came back a couple hours later and the subject bulb had been ordered, delivered and was being installed. The alarm system was still a mystery, but they took some extra time and figured out the problem. With the new tarrifs, I'm gonna need this old ride for a while yet, so it's a real blessing to have a reliable independent auto mechanic who cares about their work.
