I hope you understand, this is not what we strive for and not what our reputation is built on. Greetings, I have read your Google review with a bit more detail, and I am very disappointed to hear of what happened. I hope you understand that our reputation is built on excellent customer service and to hear of such a serious breach is very disappointing. Doug is off this week, but I will be chatting with Rick first thing about what happened. I can assure you if you were to give us a second opportunity, very experience would be very different.
