And that disposal fees and taxes are NOT included. Certainly our Folks should have reviewed that with you prior to your handing over the keys and I apologize that they did not. Good Morning. Not our finest hour. Yes, we are the Tire Folks and not getting Tires right is embarassing. We work hard to ensure that errors like this are minmized but to have two in a few years is just too much. We're reviewing what happened and changing our procedures to avoid this in the future. We will get better.
Charging for the changeover was a big culture shift and we debated for years. With one store and all our costs rising, we simply had no other choice. We can appreciate the thought that $60.00 is too much, it was hard to come up with a good number. Ultimately, $60.00 is so much less than what any one else charges, we felt it was a good number to dip our toe into. Apologies for the bluntness of it. Any change would be wrenching.
