Great service
I received excellent service at direct tire after two surprise flat tires. Rick took my information and after quickly locating the replacement tires he gave me an estimate and the work began! It’s never a good feeling to pull off the road with flat tires, but the folks at direct tire made things seem much more manageable.

My go-to tire place
I've gotten my tires here for years. I also swap summer and winter tires every yeear, and use their storage service. Everything has always gone smoothly---only one exception, and they quickly made it right. Shout out to Rick and Susan at the front desk, they are always very professional.

Great service as always!
Love the whole switchover from winter to summer tires process. I was in at 8am on Saturday and out by 9am. Went very smoothly, and everyone there is so nice, too! Can't beat Direct Tire for honest car care and friendly interactions. Highly recommend!

Good service
Direct Tire was very helpful and turned around my service in the agreed amount of time. They handled my winter-summer tire swap perfectly. The woman who greeted me was accomodating, answered my questions, and provided the right amount of service for me.

The only thing I wish is that they had wrapped my tires that had been swapped out in a much cleaner and newer bag. The bag was dirty and old, and had holes in it, so it made my hands and car a little dirty. Nothing terrible but just the only thing that knocked this down from a 5-star to 4-star rating.

The folks at Direct Tire are super.
Everyone I have dealt with through the years at Direct have been unfailingly fast, efficient, courteous, personable, and full of good, honest advice. I just wish they still had their store on the North Shore!!

winter to summer. changeover
Have been coming to Direct Tire for years. Always a great experience. Wish the wait in the waiting room was better. It is looking seriously dated and in need of a renovation. It is important for companies to freshen the wait room from time to time for their customers. Actually, the whole reception area is looking pretty rough too.

New tires and tire maintenance-phenomenal
Staff was helpful, honest, and efficient- went in for a tire rotation and balance maintenance and they noticed my tires were comprised. They walked me through the next steps (no pressure was felt) and helped me choose new tires. Very grateful for their service and work!!

Great experience
Taking my car to Direct Tire was a great experience. Rick explained everything to me. The mechanic was thorough and knowledgeable. The repairs took longer than expected but they stayed open until the job was done. Nice.
